Comfort Windows & Doors

I would not recommend comfort Windows to anybody. Their installers did a superb job but the salesman ordered the wrong windows. When talking with a salesman they told me that I signed a contract stating that I knew they were side sliding Windows when I want a double-hung. The contract had abbreviations of slsl for the windows. I'm not sure what slsl means but I distinctively said double hung multiple times during the appointment. They even messed up to the extent that I wanted all white trim on the windows unlike the rest of the windows in my house that had a red Sill being I was going to change the color of my deck and the seals of the house other than red. when telling them that a side sliding window would not work for me because I would like to install an air conditioner in my living room where the windows were installed their suggestion was for me to put a board above the installation of the air conditioner so I could use it. they came out today to install some PVC board above an air conditioner vent tube which looks like crap. I am not happy and will never hire this company ever again to walk foot in my house. but on a positive note the installers were nothing but pleasant and did a very nice job installing the windows

Comfort Windows have worked at our home on three separate occasions. Each time the product and professionalism from start to finish was exceptional. The first two times, windows (16) were installed and shortly after that, we hired the company again to rebuild a sunroom. We chose Comfort Windows again because of their high quality products, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. Comfort Windows successfully and satisfactorily honored a warranty on the windows in my home. All of my 14 windows were replaced in a timely manner with professional service technicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 20 year old home with "original" windows. I cant believe the difference it makes with a quality window! My furnace barely kicks on, the floors are warmer, absolutely no draft even on the coldest days. Installation was professional and clean, you wouldn't even know I had a window replaced! Absolutely no damage to the walls, even was able to re-use my old trim. Can't say enough good things about Comfort!

The project to have old siding removed and new siding installed is ongoing. Also installed new bay window.and replaced existing front steps . The crew that is working on our home has been doing excellent work. They are very detailed and have been making sure that the job is done correctly. What a difference the new siding , stairs and window have made. The entire process from get a quote , to start of project and thru out the project we have been kept informed of every step. I would highly recommend this company start to finish!!!! The pictures are just a sample from the rear area of the home before and after.

It has been 2 years since our windows were installed and they are still holding up strong. There was an immediate temperature difference in our room. We appreciated their attention to detail with the interior moldings and outdoor trim work. We believe that although Comfort Windows was more expensive than their competitors, the window warranty, proper installation, and great service have made up for that. We couldn't be happier with our windows!

Siding, Windows, Awning! They did a great job. our home looks 100 percent different thanks to them. Service was fast, friendly and courteous! Highly Recommend!

Two large sliding glass windows installed. The two workmen were friendly, quick were kind enough to move two heavy pieces of furniture I could not move and they generously put them back. They cleaned up, were extremely efficient. Took the old windows away. The sale discount and senior citizen discount made it very affordable. Would recommend them any time and I already have. 5 stars. Very pleased.

All aspects of the experience with Comfort Windows was great. From Mike Lovejoy the sales/estimator, to the final measurers, to the finance department , everyone went out of their way to ensure that all our questions and concerns were addressed.

I had 3 doors installed, including locks and door knobs, in my home by Comfort Windows. Excellent job with instillation. Very professional and clean service. A year later one of the door knobs broke. They came to the house and replaced it free of charge. Excellent costumer service.

This company did a great job replacing a window on the back of our house with a door. The work was clean and professional. They were done quickly and the work is great!

Comfort Windows Re . Dave Allen who represented Comfort Windows handled the details of the contract for installation of my basement glass block windows with expertise. He gave the best advice and information needed for me to make the choice for my home and budget. . The the installation was on schedule and efficiently done with no inconvenience to our household. The work was done for a fair price and was worth every penny. I love my glass block windows. The basement is no longer damp. All representatives starting with the initial phone inquiry were courteous and informative. I have recommended Comfort windows to everyone that has discussed new windows with me.
