Craig and his team were wonderful. Remodeled bathroom shower into steam shower and room off garage into storage and added closet off downstairs bathroom. His ideas were great, everything turned out beautiful and they are totally reliable and professional. I can’t say enough positive about CSI. This is the only company to use for professional and reliable results. Craig is now starting a remodel (total) of my kitchen.

Our master bath remodel was saved by Craig and his team with CSI, Inc. They were able to come on short notice to restart our bathroom remodel and provided us with excellent service! Craig provided design ideas as well and always checked in with us and his crew daily on the progress of the remodel. The crew kept our house and work area as clean as possible with construction. Our master bath turned out gorgeous. No more pink tub, just a clean modern look and gorgeous freestanding tub! Will update pictures when shower door installed.

We went into this project with hesitation after being burned badly by contractors/builders in the past, however we had a project that we needed to get done. Craig and team recently remodeled two bathrooms for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service or craftsmanship. We received frequent communications and were told exactly what to expect and when. Craig talked through several design options with us and gave us helpful recommendations to ensure we would enjoy our new bathrooms for years to come. Our job was finishing up as COVID 19 showed up. Craig made sure that he and his staff weren’t having symptoms, minimized the number of people and visits to our home, wore masks, frequently washed hands, and practiced social distancing while in our home. We felt like he went above and beyond to make us comfortable and ensure our safety. In addition, he finished on time and on budget. We’ve worked with Craig in the past and hope to partner with him on future projects. Highly recommend.

We hired CSI to perform a master bathroom remodel and convert a bedroom into master closet. These enhancements were done in a timely and orderly manner. Craig took steps to ensure we were always kept apprised of progress with our project, and cleanliness of the worksite was something he took careful steps to ensure. We additionally requested that our parquet floors be refinished to a darker richer tone, the floors turned out just as expected with no issues at all. Our home also needed to have the popcorn ceilings removed and those were then transitioned to smooth ceilings, which gives it a much cleaner updated look. The master bedroom was also reconfigured to have a reading nook added. As a finishing touch Craig's crew (Wes and Geoff) came back recently and the wet bar was remodeled as well. The remodel was timely, expectations were properly set as to timeliness of project completion, and the punch list was completed succinctly. We are very pleased with how our remodel was accomplished and also want to praise the accessibility of Craig for any questions we had, and for ensuring we were always given timely updates.

What I appreciated most about Craig and his team is that they actually cared about my bathroom. This was demonstrated by the quality work, craftsmanship and cleanliness of the job site every time they were here. In addition, this was a third floor master bath so everything needed to be scissor-lifted to the third floor balcony and brought in through the master bedroom sliding glass doors. They made sure everything got done to my expectations. They met the deadline and were within budget. The bathroom is one-of-a-kind and was featured on Atlantic Beach's Tour of Homes this year. Project: Post hurricane Irma reclamation and renovation of over 10,000 square feet of the common areas of Beau Rivage Condominiums of Jacksonville. Project cost was in excess of $300,000. CSI had, and continues to have, extensive experience renovating numerous condos in Beau Rivage, and has an excellent reputation for providing innovative, cost effective solutions to a wide variety of custom renovations. Following Hurricane Irma’s extensive damage to our common area: kitchen, dining room, bar/billiards room, large living room and two large card rooms/library, CSI was able to rapidly respond to our Association’s request for help. Craig coordinated and personally oversaw the reclamation effort, redesign and renovation of our common area entertainment areas. As a result, Beau Rivage condominiums was able to be back to normal living well before any other Jacksonville river front condominium. The extensive and complex renovation was completed on time and within budget. Our Association, residents and guests have been extremely complimentary of CSI’s performance. As the VP for the Beau Rivage Condominium Association Building Committee, I was the direct Project Manager and as such, I highly recommend CSI for your renovation needs.

Rebuilt our second floor balcony and replaced all the siding on the front of the house. Installed new sliding doors in the living room and extended the room out a foot. Craig has really great design ideas and his crew do a great job of keeping your home and the job site clean throughout the job. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend them.

A roof leak caused our bathroom ceiling to collapse, completely ruining the walls, shower and fixtures. A complete mess. Craig came in and in a few days, it was not only like new, it was so much better than we ever dreamed it could be. The quality of the work and materials was impeccable. A few weeks before Christmas I had an unfortunate toilet leak issue in my master bathroom that escalated into the need to replace the travertine floor. I was anxious to say the least and called Craig (Construction Services and Innovations) to come out and assess the situation. In addition to being concerned about matching the existing tile in the tub/shower area, I was worried about cost and time frames since I had out of town visitors coming in a few weeks. Craig came out that day and suggested a way of replacing the tile that could work with the existing tile under our free standing tub. And, with a little juggling (and working over the weekend) he and his crew managed to actually do the job that week. In fact, he texted me pictures of the replacement tile he had in mind later that same day to put my mind at ease about the end result. I can't say enough about how responsive Craig is and about the quality job he and his crew performed. I am a tough customer, very critical and too engaged at times but Craig and CSI really stepped up and exceeded my expectations - 5 stars all the way!!

Being in the Design business for 33 years, it was nice to locate an out of town company that could address off the the needs necessary to complete this project to client satisfaction. From start to finish, every detail was executed to perfection. They take great pride in all of the work that they do. Craig is a consummate professional who remodeled a master bathroom for me. With a family background in remodeling/construction I was very explicit about how I wanted the bathroom completed. I had initially asked Craig for 5 of his most recent project owners and after calling all of them, I knew I had selected the right man for the job. Since I was living in the home at the time, Craig and his experienced crew took the necessary precautions to protect the carpets and furniture during the entire process which involved tearing up the existing bathroom concrete floor/walls to reposition the fixtures. Every part of the project was executed exactly as I expected with each crew member being a "perfectionist" in his own right. His tile crew, (father/son) was flawless in laying the new shower floor, wall tiles and borders, a job of "perfection" which I am happy to show to any of his prospective clients. Craig exceeded my expectations and I would trust this group of men in my home anytime. I would hire Craig for any other project in my home in a heartbeat!"
