We hired Contact Renovations to renovate our kitchen and up grade flooring this past fall. All cabinets were replaced, new island installed, appliances relocated, walls removed and a new arch built between kitchen and living room. Upgraded all pot lights and fixtures. All walls on main floor repainted. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and how Paul and his team communicated with us throughout the project. Contact Renovations did an excellent job finishing our garage and we are happy we were able to get it finished before winter came. I really like their app as it allowed for real time updates on schedule and messaging was flawless. Also, they are very flexible. We told them we wanted to install an EV charger before insulation and drywalling, while using our own contractor. We were able to adjust the schedule accordingly. All of their workers/subcontractors were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend using Contact Renovations and we will definitely use them again for any future work.

We are very pleased with Contact’s renovation of our 1960s bungalow. Contact replaced our old kitchen cabinets, removed a wall separating the kitchen and dining room, redid our floors and ceiling, and replaced a gas fireplace with a wall unit and a banquette. We love our “new” house—it has transformed the way we live. The estimate was fair, and we were prepared for potential structural expenses once the walls etc. were removed. It was also clear that Contact did not skimp on details or materials; everything works as it should. They also started on the promised day, and finished on the promised day, which was very important to us. Our neighbours noted afterwards that there was always someone there working, and through the app we could follow Contact’s progress. We would certainly recommend Paul and his crew for their work.

We had our 50 years old house a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and new painting on the main floor. Paul and Katie are very helpful, they finished the job as promised. Paul also pointed out some other problems which were fixed to prevent them to become unmanageable in the future. We would highly recommend them.

It took us awhile to find a contractor we felt comfortable working with. From start to finish, Paul and his team have been amazing. You can feel rest assured that they are knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind. We had little experience dealing with renovations prior to this, but Contact laid everything out to us in detail, walked us through the whole process, and had timelines we could track in real-time. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, we felt educated and therefore confident throughout the project. Contact is really good at what they do and made the whole experience very seamless along the way. If there are issues or hiccups, they are quick to find solutions and ensure you as the client are not stressed. Contact did a complete kitchen renovation for us this past fall, plus updates to the rest of the main floor, plus updates to two bathrooms. Overall, we are extremely happy with how it turned out! We liked Paul as soon as he came to have a look at the house, when he gave us some initial ideas of what the space could look like. Everybody we dealt with was professional and friendly. They were also open and honest about the budget and any changes to it, and the scope of work was done in incredible detail before anything started. Katie worked extremely hard on the schedule to fit it all into the two months we were out of the house. And despite the pandemic, almost everything was done on time, which is pretty amazing. Most importantly, the design is gorgeous and very high quality, especially the kitchen cabinets. We love the new kitchen/living room space, and couldn't even have imagined how good it would turn out.
