Cooke Construction did a complete renovation of our beach condo. Before selecting Cooke, we met with and interviewed 7 other possible contractors. By far, Cooke distinguished themselves with their knowledge, creativity, craftsmanship and professionalism over all others we met. Harry, Nathan, Dan and the team were fantastic to work with. Throughout the project, great attention was paid to details, finding best fit solutions, meeting deadlines and delivering excellent quality. The Cooke team runs a well managed project in all areas. Along the way, we changed design ideas on a few items and Cooke was very accommodating, finding solutions and also making great suggestions. We live 1200 miles away and Nathan and the team kept us plugged in with progress pictures from time to time...which was super. Very happy to have worked with Harry, Nate and the team. Great team. Excellent job. Highly recommend.

Cook Construction is operated in the most professional manner. Everyone at Cook Construction wants to be helpful and create a beautiful finished project. I am so pleased with the remodeling of my home on Jensen Beach. It is beautiful and finished to perfection. They are always willing to do the little extras that mean so much to the homeowner. I would not have anyone other than Cook Construction do work for me. I would recommend Cook Construction to anyone that cares about their projects.

Cooke Construction did a full renovation to our Hutchinson Island, FL condo. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room complete gut renovation. Nate and his father are one of the most respectable firms I have worked with on residential renovations. Their workmanship is A+. They are true gentlemen and have subcontractors that are in the same category as Cooke. They were on time on budget and the condo was move in ready the day we were to move our furniture in. I would recommend them with out hesitation.

We recently purchased a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath oceanfront condo in Jensen Beach, FL. We chose Cooke Construction to do our complete remodel including kitchen, baths, flooring etc. and are extremely pleased with the final results. Harry Cooke and his team provided professional service and quality workmanship throughout the project. Harry paid close attention to details and was available to answer questions and give expert advice. The jobsite was well maintained throughout the construction process and we experienced no surprises or significant setbacks. We would not hesitate to recommend Cooke Construction.

I hired Cooke Construction through Houzz to renovate a bathroom, enclose a screen room with a new concrete floor and add a half bath. I received a detailed, itemized, numbered proposal which was accurate and followed to the letter. My team showed up each morning, exactly on time, with a work plan for that day, and all of the needed materials in the truck. They finished their work each day, again, exactly on time, but not before they cleaned up the work area (sweeping and mopping the floor) as well as keeping their workspace to a minimum. Their work was beautifully executed. The results are high quality (how many folks do you know that measure plumb lines with a high tech laser?). I am asking for another proposal right now for additional work. The owner was on site regularly. The office was accessible continually throughout the project. This team of professionals is the real deal. I couldn't be happier.

I had a fire extinguisher pipe break in the ceiling of my condominium in Jensen Beach, Florida doing extensive damage necessitating a new kitchen and repairing the surrounding areas. I was living in New York City at the time. Harry Cooke construction company was recommended to me. I had never spoken to Mr. Cooke. I called him and explained the situation. Within a few hours, he had removed the contents of my kitchen, labeled and packed all the stuff in the kitchen and removed all the damaged cabinets. He did not charge me one dime. The following week my wife and I flew to Jensen Beach and in three days he and his associates helped us pick all new cabinets counters and appliances for the new kitchen as well as the items necessary to repair the adjacent areas. Mr. Cooke told my wife and me what it would cost and when it would be finished. He kept in contact with us when we were back in New York City and to the day was finished as promised. His whole team was supportive, friendly and above all professional. I can easily attest to the excellent craftsmanship and trouble-free attention he gave us. Cooke is an outstanding first class operation of all the personnel at Cooke Construction. Most importantly his price was fair and commensurate with the work Mr. Cooke did for us.

My husband and I met Harry 20 years ago when we decided to update a condo we bought on Hutchison Island. We got his name from the building maintenance guy, not knowing anyone on the Island. Well, what a recommendation that turned out to be! Harry came to meet us and aside from his Red Sox cap, (we're Yankee fans) we just knew we could trust him. We asked a few questions, and that was it, we were going back to Jersey, and he was going to totally redo the condo. So, i return mid summer with some friends to 'put the condo back together ', before we'd return in October. Boom, condo is perfect! Renovation is unbelievable! Condo is spotless, friends are amazed that we could leave a contractor alone, and return to such spectacular results. We've since moved, only next door, to a double unit, and Harry is still our guy, now joined by his equally talented and business minded son Nathan. We have now remodeled 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, all new hardwood floors, lighting, fans,and fixtures, all in this unit alone, and all while home in Jersey, and always to return to Jensen with impeccable workmanship, and an immaculately clean home. Harry and his son, and crew, are the best of the best. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. My husband and I live in a rather small condo on Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach Florida. We remodeled the condo except the master bath 2 years ago. This past May, Cooke Construction totally transformed our 1988 master bath into a luxurious, peaceful spa! The crew spent 6 weeks on the project, which was the projected time and worked daily (Mon-Fri) from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. without fail. John, Harry and Gee are at the top of the line concerning their craft! Dan, helped us design a functional and beautiful space! I could not have asked for a more positive experience! The crew was pleasant, respectful of our space and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of work is over the top! The master bath was certainly a splurge of which we saved for several years and more costly than I imagined -- but WORTH every penny!

I have hired Harry every year to remodel my 3 bathrooms, kitchen, bar, laundry room and floors, in my Florida condo, totaling nearly $100,000.00. I did it this way so it could be done during the summer while I was gone. Our building manager loves him as he keeps the common areas so clean. Harry is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. I know when I return to Florida the job is going to be completed with an outstanding job and clean as a whistle. I have recommended Cooke Construction to many of my friends who have been as pleased as I was. I can't praise them enough.

Harry and Nate recently completed two different renovations on our condo. Initially we had Cooke Construction update our kitchen. We were so pleased with that they we had him redo our bathrooms. In choosing a contractor we got several estimates. There were three things that led us to go with Cooke: 1) the use of CAD to give us options and show us how each might look 2) the comfort of knowing that we were dealing with people to whom quality is very important 3) competitive pricing The responsiveness of Harry and Nate is impressive. In every project there are issues that no one could foresee. We really enjoyed dealing with them because of their understanding, flexibility and commitment to getting the job done the right way (and on time).

WE HAVE BUILT FIVE HOUSES IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AROUND THE COUNTRY AND HARRY COOKE, COOKE CONSTRUCTION GENERAL CONTRACTORS, IS WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH ON OUR HOUSES. HARRY COOKE REMODLED OUR KITCHEN, GUEST BATHROOM AND MASTER BATHROOM SUITE AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON ALL OF THEM. HARRY AND HIS CREWS ARE HONEST, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, RESPONSIVE, AND DO EXCELLENT HIGH QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE.
