Since its founding in 2005, Cooper Construction and Restoration has grown from a two-man construction operation to a team of twelve with decades of combined experience in the construction and restoration industries. Brian was easy to work with. Price was competitive with others. The carpenter he assigned to the work was professional and competent. Since the work involved a stairway, he left it in usable condition each day. The only thing I found fault with was tghe fact that some of the glue used got on his shoes and it got tracked onto the adjacent vinyl.

Cooper construction was there when we needed them! We had water damage in our basement which had been in the making for a long time! With one call to them, they took the worry away from us. They assessed the damage, walked us through every step needed. The contractors were all so professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Couldn't have had better service. Highly recommend!

I called Cooper Construction to come and rebuild my roof that had been poorly designed. They presented a plan and completed the work on time and at their estimate. I was so impressed with their work I had them come back and build a patio cover. Because of their impressive work, as a Trustee at the Mossville Methodist Church I recommended we hire them for our hail damaged roof. Again the completed the work on schedule and at the estimated cost.

Brian came over to help us recover from water in our basement. He was super helpful, not only setting up the necessary dehumidifiers and fans, but giving me some good advice on how to start the repairs myself to save some money.

Brian Cooper and his team are real professionals! He kept us in the loop as to schedules and deliveries. When we had a question, Brian was always quick to answer. Very understanding and right on budget. Work quality was exceptional. Our project began August of 2017 and was completed in September 2017. We finished the lower level at a cost of $30,000. (right on budget).

Excellent quality work. They go above and beyond to give the customers what they want. We have used them before and they just built the most magnificient outdoor covered porch with a beautiful fireplace for our daughter and son-in-law. So many unique items in the project that makes it absolutely gorgeous.
