I have used Cordeiro Construction for projects at all three of my shops and also at my house. I really enjoy working with Eduardo Cordeiro, who has never let me down in six years of doing projects. The latest project was completed in summer 2023- a new 1500 sq ft store built from raw space. It’s a beautiful space down to the details and I know I can rely on the quality of the craftsmanship.I’ll definitely be working with Eduardo and his expert team on my next project.

We had used Cordeiro Construction on two other major house projects in the past, and wanted to use them again. After a year of us planning our dream kitchen, Eduardo and his team executed the plan while offering insights to make it even better. Our new kitchen looks incredible! And Eduardo was able to finish it in a very short amount of time. It is really fun to see on busier days when the entire crew is here executing so many things at once. I keep hearing these days that a dependable contractor is hard to find, but Eduardo is certainly one of the few. He's so flexible and adaptable and we felt comfortable the entire way that we would be happy with the result. The designer even asked to use pictures of our kitchen on her website! Again, we couldn't be happier and are gladly handing out Eduardo's information to others that could use his services.

We just completed our third project with Cordeiro Construction and they once again did a fantastic job! This project was a complete remodel of our first floor. The Cordeiro team helped with design ideas, performed top quality work, and delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. We are in a time where it is extremely difficult to find contractors who are reliable and deliver quality work. The Cordeiro team checks both those boxes and more. They show up when they say they will show up. They do not cut corners. They communicate well throughout a project. They focus on detail-oriented craftmanship rather than enhancing their profit margins. Most importantly, they are genuinely dedicated to ensuring their clients are 100% satisfied. I hired Cordeiro construction to do major renovations in Gladwyne, Pa. After numerous mistakes, and many failures to do the outlined work on the contract according to the architectural plans, I had to fire them. Once I hired a more reputable contractor, the new contractor pointed out the deficiencies in their work. My advice is stay far away from Cordeiro construction and hire a more competent professional who actually knows how to do construction.

We had an outdated bathroom in our library Children's area. Cordeiro, came in, demolished the old bathroom, repaired wall damage discovered during demo, and turned an ugly bathroom into a beautiful bathroom perfect for kids.

Cordeiro Construction is the best construction company we have dealt with. I don't say this lightly as my husband is an architect and also because we have personally renovated three houses in three different states in the last decades. We hired Cordeiro Construction to renovate our house in center city. We had not moved to Philadelphia yet, still living across the country, and this was never an issue. Eduardo sent us pictures and videos and was available to talk to us to discuss the project whenever we needed. Eduardo and his team are extremely knowledgeable, reliable and detail-oriented. Cordeiro Construction helped us rebuild the whole second floor, and a new foyer with foundation. We quoted around and Eduardo gave us the best quote and reasonable time frame to get the job done. Eduardo is a man who takes his job seriously. He is always very prompt to respond our messages and accommodates our reasonable requests. I feel he has a high standard for what he is doing and cares about the final look of the house. His team amazed us with their dedication, speed and professional works. Eduardo and his team transformed nearly every room of my Chester County farmhouse. My renovation included a total kitchen install, creation of primary suite, gutting and totally renovating 3.5 baths, relocating laundry, adding lighting and cabinetry to the living room and dining room and finishing the basement. The kitchen required wall removal, demo to the studs, electrical re-wiring, installation of structural reinforcements for the new primary bath, as well as, cabinet and appliance installation. The creation of the primary suite included building an addition for huge walk in closet and turning an adjoining bedroom into a spa bath with a tub for two and 4’x8’ curbless shower. Two other bathrooms were gutted, re-plumbed, re-wired and re-tiled. The laundry was relocated from the first floor to the 2nd Floor. The team transformed a cinder block basement into a great media room with new drywall and recessed LED lighting. Eduardo was great to work with. He communicated regularly and provided very timely response to my concerns. With a project of this size and scope problems were bound to arise and they did, but one of the best things about Eduardo was he made no excuses. He owned up to every issue until I was satisfied! I’m planning on working with him on my next project.

We used Cordeiro Construction to remodel the first floor of our house - kitchen, bathroom, new floors and external doors. Eduardo Cordeiro and his people are so good at what they do. Eduardo and his team did a fairly significant update to our house after we bought it, including a complete renovation of the master bathroom, converting a hallway bath into a Jack & Jill, multiple molding ceiling designs, and a full painting of the house. With this being our first experience updating a house, Eduardo was patient with our decision-making and also presented his own ideas thoughtfully and respectfully. At the same time, he made sure to complete the project prior to our move-in date. I think what made Eduardo stand out through the process was that, inevitably when our preferences changed, Eduardo always remained easy to work with, and flexible. He made adjustments to the plan accordingly, and we never once felt that he gouged us for pricing (despite everything happening with pricing these days) – all additional charges were extremely fair. At the end of the project, he made sure to address EVERY component of the job that we felt would benefit from some adjustment. Now our house is beautiful, and we are extremely happy with our new home! We were so happy with the work that Eduardo and his team did on the first two floors of our house that we hired him again to finish our basement, which prior was completely unfinished. Eduardo again was fantastic from start to finish. He got us in touch with a designer that created a 3D rendering of floorplan and comprehensive design that accomplished the many goals we had: a home theater area, full bar, kids play area, gym, storage room, office, full bathroom, a new door exit to the backyard, and a bonus room (it was a big project!). Eduardo and his team, again got to work and were able to meet our deadline prior to a big sports event that we wanted to host down there. The whole basement is gorgeous, and our friends are hoping that we host many gatherings and movie nights at our house! We are happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. We contacted Cordeiro Construction for a major rehab/renovation for our split level home in Villanova during the pandemic. Eduardo was willing to accommodate us whenever he could (within reason of course). Our scope consisted of new kitchen, dining room, large front porch with metal roof (entirely new construction) , 2 remodeled bathrooms, new HVAC systems and updated electric throughout. Two thumbs up!

My business is called InnerVision Eyewear. We have two stores and Cordeiro Construction did the build out of both of them. The first project was our East Passyunk location which Eduardo and his team completed in the summer of 2018. They did an amazing job, on schedule, and were excellent to work with. So obviously when we were ready to remodel our Rittenhouse store there was no hesitation in calling Eduardo. Our Rittenhouse is housed in a building that was originally built in 1847 so the space certainly presented real challenges. I got in touch with him at the end of November and by January 14th they had completely transformed our space so we could open for business. Within seven weeks, through the holidays and during a pandemic, I received a price estimate, collaborated with Eduardo on my vision, choose materials, his team demo’d the space, and built out the unique plans we can up with to meet our needs. Building out a store is always stressful but both of my experiences with Eduardo and team kept the stress level to a minimum. During the process it is invariable that I will want to add, change and adjust parts of the plan. Eduardo is always understanding and proactive in this process. The quality of the craftsmanship the team delivers is high. Our East Passyunk store was done in 2018 but the store still has that brand new feeling. I am very confident that our newly remodeled Rittenhouse store will be the same. I will only use Cordeiro Construction.

Great team, great result! We have been very happy working with Cordeiro Construction and Eduardo. His team completely renovated our master and upstairs hall bathrooms. He started when he promised to and we had crew members working at our house every day until the renovation was complete, and the project was finished on time. I just purchased a place as part of a relocation from Colorado - my new pad needed some TLC to bring it from 1999 to 2020! Eduardo coordinated with me when I traveled into town and put together a comprehensive renovation plan. He listened to what I wanted and provided ideas and solutions. The end product is awesome - I now have an incredible fitness room that's better than any gym, a bright kitchen with lots of marble, a converted guest suite for any visitors, sanded and refinished cherry floors, high efficiency LED lighting throughout, an expansive billiard / theater hangout in my basement for entertaining friends and the kids. We hired Eduardo and his crew to renovate a small hall bathroom and relocate a laundry from the first floor to the second floor. Our home was built in 1850, and as such, issues seem to arise whenever we start a construction project. We interviewed 3 different contractors, and Eduardo was the only one who would provide a quote for the laundry room renovation - as the water lines (kitchen and bathrooms) were located in the back of the house and yet the new laundry room closet was situated in the front of the house. It was complicated and yet Eduardo and his team found a way! The project was completed on time and on budget despite the complications. Eduardo's crew were always courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Kudos to Antonio the plumber and Rodolfo the carpenter - both of whom did very fine work! We are extremely pleased with the finished product and will use Cordeiro Construction for our upcoming kitchen and family room renovation. We highly recommend - and I am a stickler for details :)

Absolutely stunning and transformational renovation! Full exterior including removal of stucco, new roof, new siding, new gutters, absolutely gorgeous stonework in front and around the perimeter. Also did outstanding job re-painting the interior, even re-painted the LR for free when it wasn't quite the color we imagined. Excellent customer service from day 1 and transparent communication throughout project. We are now embarking on phase 2 since we were so pleased with phase 1. This includes total renovation of front and back patios and walkways in beautiful flagstone. Couldn't be happier, delightful and respectful crew.

Eduardo and his team completed a renovation of our home that included a kitchen remodel, replacing all upstairs windows, replacement of exterior siding, painting of interior/exterior of house, replacing all interior doors, removing the existing porch and adding a new archway over the front door, redoing a downstairs 1/2 bath and laundry room, and replacing some flooring, among other things. The project was completed on time and within our budget, and we are so happy with how it turned out! This was the first time we've worked with a contractor so we were nervous, but we feel lucky to have found Eduardo as we didn't experience any delays, up-selling, or issues with communication. He was very responsive via text. His crew is hard-working and professional. His price was much more reasonable than other quotes we received. We are very happy with the work and the team. I made a few requests that did not make it into the final remodel (for example, we had discussed re-centering a window but this did not occur), but all in all we had a very good experience and would highly recommend Eduardo and his team.

Cordiero is -- without question -- the best contractor in the Delaware Valley. They completely renovated the house next to ours and our neighbor spoke so highly of their work that we knew they were the right choice to finish our basement. I hired Cordeiro construction to remodel the main stair case in the foyer of my home. Eduardo was great , helping us decide on the new design, and offering advice on the best way to proceed and remain within our budget. When the team showed up, they worked quickly and efficiently. The project took 4 days to complete and each evening, the foyer was spotless when they left. The final result was beautiful and just what we wanted. I'm already thinking of the next project to tackle with this team!

Eduardo and his team were extremely professional and helped guide us through the process of completely renovating our master bathroom, a second hall bathroom and moving our laundry to the second floor of our home. The project took about 6 weeks in total and, like any project of this magnitude hit some small snags along the way. Eduardo and his team were always very responsive to any issues that arose and no matter what came up, always responded to our requests in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit.
