They are the best builder. High quality, great service, and never any issues through the building process. They were very competative on prices, compared to the others. They stand behind their work and will be there after the work is finished in case you ever need anything. Everyone else feels the same way.

Toby Cornell and his team built our dream home 5 years ago. We cannot speak highly enough about Cornell Custom Homes (CCH). The quality of work is unparalleled. The ease of working with Toby and his team was more than we expected. CCH provide the highest level of customer service. We were given a schedule the whole way through of all the events and things that needed to be done all with plenty of time to select the specific items. Change orders were very minimal, most because Toby discovered ways to enhance the house that were not envisioned when the architect drew up the plans and then CCH discovered them early enough in the process so that the increased cost was negligible and extremely worth it. We now have 3 nice view windows which were not in the original plans because of his foresight. These are just a couple of examples of the great Company CCH really is and the pleasure it was to work with them.

After interviewing several home builders, we contracted Cornell to build our 6400 sq ft home in Chino Hills CA in 2009. We have been extremely pleased with our decision. Building a custom home like ours was at times a bit overwhelming. Toby Cornell personally helped us through the building process from the initial plan reviews, to material decision making, to final details. Cornell's staff was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Cornell again should we decide to build another home.
