Pete at Courtyard Custom Homes managed our complex complete home renovation. He took our 2002 dated looking 4300 sq ft house and successfully transformed it into our absolute dream home! He recommended an amazing designer who helped take my ideas and bring them to design scale as well as source materials at a reasonable price. All of Pete’s subs were pleasant, respectful, and performed their trades with expert skill and craftsmanship. Pete was extremely communicative every step of the way with timelines, budget, and any unforeseen circumstances. He was dedicated to the success of our project and voiced suggestions when appropriate which ultimately enhanced the end result. Pete was extremely courteous and professional, took time to thoroughly answer all our questions along the way to make sure we felt comfortable and even finished the job ahead of schedule allowing us to move in earlier than expected. Hands down Pete is an exceptional contractor and we would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to do renovations or custom build. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

I have worked with Pete on several projects as a designer and I cannot express how much I enjoy working with Pete. As a designer it can be hard to find a builder that is as committed to the final vision as I am and Pete is that builder. His commitment to perfection is hard to find and every project we have teamed up on the client has been thrilled with the results. We have been able to execute several very challenging custom installations that I do not think would have gone nearly as smoothly with other builders. I work with many builders as a designer, but Pete is the one that I refer my clients to the most because I know that the client will be well cared for during their project.

Courtyard completed a complicated mud room addition for us. They were professional, easy to work with and their communication throughout the project was great. The project was finished on time and on budget. We are thrilled with our new mud room and would definitely use Courtyard for future projects.

Excellent general contractor with good sub-contractor contacts. We hired Pete and his team after interviewing many firms in the area. His company provided us with excellent construction management on a historically sensitive renovation. Pricing was fair and job was completed on time and within budget. We continually refer back to his subs for additional work as needed. Easy to work with. Would hire again for large scale project.

Pete and Lynn are a terrific team. They helped us take a 20 year old traditional house and make it a contemporary and beautiful home. Our house was built by Courtyard Custom Homes in 2009. Since that time, our family has grown and our needs changed. When we decided to add on to the house there was no question that we would use them again. Our addition/remodel was recently completed on time and on budget.

I purchased a home from Courtyard Custom Homes prior to its completion. Though many of the finishes had been already selected, the builder was extremely accomodating in allowing me to personally select finishes that had not yet been installed. What I found most impressive, was how accomodating Peter Corluka has been after the closing. Any and all issues have been remediated without question and in a satisfactory and timely manner. He is very responsive and returns messages promptly. I really enjoy the home and truly enjoyed the buidling and home buying experience with Courtyard Custom Homes.

We built a very custom home and pete and lynn were on top of everything from the bile finning to the end. We had a right time frame but they delivered. Building a house, things will always come up, but we got through it all. I felt they were honest and were interested in doing things right and not cutting corners.
