Creative Woodcraft did 3 home renovation projects for us including bathroom remodels. Michael was reliable, professional and easy to work with along with his team. And even more, excellent end result in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We already have other projects in mind for him to do for us.

From start to completion, Creative Woodcraft was professional and 100% upfront with the entire project. I was provided design options for the project we were investigating - a large built in bookshelf and entertainment center project - and Mike was up front with answers to all of our questions, and took time to walk us through all the choices we could pick from. Upon start of the build, the team was quick, collaborative, and incredibly clean! I was shocked at how little debris and sawdust we had as they built and installed. One of the best things, was they didn't just take the design, and say - well this is how it's written, so we're just going with this - at multiple steps, they asked me to weigh in, confirm the design, and gave me alternatives on size, placement, color, etc - to make sure that it was 100% what we had in mind. I've already got a punch list of other projects I want to hire this company for - and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a contractor to work on one of the most important things you own - your home.

Mike and his team did an amazing job with our home. It was a large renovation of a two family home, in total 5 bed, 3 bath, and 2 kitchens. He had excellent communication and organization throughout the whole process. Especially with renovations starting a week after having our first baby, we knew we could rely on Mike. We felt totally comfortable and confident he would get the job done even if we weren’t always available. We always appreciated him keeping us in the loop and sending progress photos. He and his team worked efficiently and the project was done sooner than anticipated and came out beautiful. It seriously feels like HGTV. I would highly recommend him for any job small or large. We love the way our home came out and will definitely use Mike in the future!

Creative woodcraft worked efficiently on renovating our bathroom. On day 1, the bathroom (including its three layers of flooring) was demoed and cleaned up. Within 7 working days, we had a beautifully updated bathroom. Mike was extremely communicative throughout the process and would respond regarding any questions on concerns within the hour. We could not have asked for a better experience. Mike and his crew were extremely careful throughout the process and always made sure everything was clean before leaving. When we decided to renovate our kitchen, I had 5 qualities I was seeking in a contractor: (1) Craftsmanship, (2) Communication, (3) Timeliness, (4) Problem solving, (5) Cost effectiveness. In hiring Mike Fandetti/Creative Woodcraft Building and Remodeling, I am pleased to write that Mike met and exceeded each of these. He set a very clear timeline and met every target on schedule. His communication skills are exemplary. He answers every text and call in a timely manner and he is terrific at discussing options and seeking solutions. He made it very clear at every step that his goal was to bring my vision to reality and when I requested his guidance and input, he gave excellent advice and design ideas. He’s honest, efficient, skilled, personable and a very fair and hard working individual. We had, countertops installed, all appliances, tiling, cabinets refinished, floors refinished and walls painted. I trusted him with my entire home and never doubted that even when I wasn’t able to be there (E.G. floor refinishing) Mike was there and my home was in good hands. I have great respect for him and enjoyed working with him. He made a very daunting project into a calm reality and we are grateful. We recommend Mike/Creative Woodcraft with highest confidence.

Mike and his team completed two bathroom renovations for us. He was great to work with from the start, with a detailed plan and quote. He helped us through the process of ensuring we had all the needed materials. He and his team left our house clean after each working day. Mike ensured every detail of the project was completed to our expectations, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. We have only positive things to say about this company and Mike! From the very beginning, Mike returned every phone call, text, and email in less than 24 hours. Our neighbors couldn't believe how quickly the renovations happened. These renovations included: install new hardwood floors on 1st floor, paint entire first floor, paint kitchen cabinets, install backsplash, add crown molding to the top of cabinets and install a new cabinet. On the second floor, Mike removed all fixtures from a full bath and a half bath and installed new fixtures, new floor, and painted both bathrooms. When he had people helping him out, he checked on them every day and always checked in with us to see make sure we were happy with the work. The timeline of all of this work is much shorter than we expected and nothing like we have experienced before with other contractors. We began talking with Mike in early April; he started the work in early May and all of the work listed above was complete as of July 5th.
