I was very disappointed in the end result of our concrete project we received from CSC. I want to preface this by saying that the concrete that was poured and completed was good work and I find no fault in it. The biggest issue we ran into with the end result of our project was the clean up of the site or lack thereof. Now I by no means expect perfection or an amazing clean up job and fully understand that some damage to the yard is a foregone conclusion, however, what was left in our yard after our project was downright unprofessional. We can start with the amount of trash left in our yard including multiple 2x4s, a pair of gloves, and large metal grates (that the company didn't even know they left until we called to inform them!). Not only that, but the clean up along the edges of our new concrete was abysmal. The soil that was "cleaned up" to use as the barrier between yard and concrete consisted of large piles as tall as 6" above our grass with large roots sticking up out of the ground like flag poles, 18" long pieces of broken concrete and LARGE amounts of leftover gravel. If the trash and the soil clean up problems weren't enough, we had concrete and gravel piles spilled in numerous places in our yard nowhere near the project margins, fully destroying large patches of it. My wife and I spent an entire day cleaning up the barrier top soil and as much of the gravel and concrete as possible. We filled two full wheelbarrows and multiple trash cans full of gravel, topsoil and concrete blocks. Even after a full day of cleaning up the mess left behind, the end result still looks abysmal. We have no way to discard these large chunks of concrete trash as the trash service will not discard of it because of the amount and weight. The company was informed that we were unhappy with these issues and the only response we received was that they would come pick up their metal grates. As of now, I would not recommend this company for concrete services no matter how well the concrete itself is actually done.

We’re really happy with the projects done by CSC, LLC. Jake was able to take our out-of-the-box idea for a double connected patio and make it reality. Everything came out exactly as we hoped!

My projected started off as I wanted one side of my deck to have a patio laid instead of the river rock. After talking with Jake I added the other side of the deck to have the river rock removed and a walk-way laid. The project from start to finish took longer then I thought but it was mother natures fault for all the rain. Jake always stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. I am looking forward to this summer to get to enjoy my backyard/patio! Highly recommend Jake!
