I worked with Cube4 on commercial daycare project in North Vancouver, and could not be any more please with how professional, reliable, and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. From pre-construction consulting services, throughout the detailed construction phase, and then to the on-budget and on-time completion, they were a pleasure to work with...and, always going above and beyond!

Cube 4 was involved in all phases of single family house construction. Project management, hiring the trades, accounting and permits were part of their tasks. We have been very pleased with their work ethic and performance. We would definitely recommend Cube 4 for both commercial and residential constructions in lower mainland.

We recently completed a renovation of our 1100 sqft condo in downtown Vancouver. Cube 4 Construction & Design came to us highly recommended by our designer and they met and exceeded our high expectations. Prior to starting our project, we met with and interviewed over 10 different contracting companies to get quotes and get a sense for whom we would be working with. Arash and Jubin made by far the best impression and also provided us with one of the most reasonably priced estimates. Both Arash and Jubin were very professional, polite and respectful. Each and every step of the renovation was done on time and on budget. We received constant communication from them updating us on the stage of the renovation, any unforeseen challenges and proposed solutions. They also kept in constant contact with our designer so we were all able to share ideas and stay on the same page. Arash and Jubin demonstrated a level of integrity, honesty and transparency that were unparalleled. When one of the subtrades accidentally damaged some fragile and expensive mirrors, they were able to expertly negotiate a solution and help all parties compromise. All of their subtrades were very polite, professional and highly skilled. We consider ourselves to have very high expectations, and with a budget of $200000 our project was - although by no means the largest in their impressive portfolio - highly complex. There is no doubt in my mind that Cube4 was the best choice for the job.
