I consider the entire reality: the value of the home, both now and future, the owner's long-term plans, and the surrounding neighborhood. Based on all those factors, I make different suggestions. Sometimes I'll even recommend not going forward, if I think it's not in the owner's best interest. But we'll do what ever the customers want us to. I will not compromise any project, by delegating project handling and or supervision to Project Manager, Superintendent or Construction foreman. Personally being on site is the only possible way I can assure each client, providing my full personal care and 40 plus years of hands-on of expertise in the construction field. To quality control, workmanship and materials, organization, schedule, to the most minute details. This will also ensure the client the tremendous high advantages that derives from the main Contractor being on site at all times.
