Les and his crew did an amazing job melding our 1751 home with a new addition. The scope of work included all new mechanicals plus renovating 4 existing bathrooms. We converted from oil radiators to gas hot air and central AC as well as a fabulous new kitchen. 90 % of the plumbing and electric were replaced including a new service panel. The entire interior and most of the exterior was repainted. The addition of a great room and outdoor covered patio with spectacular stone work were seamlessly crafted to complement the original home. We would highly recommend Les.

When Les and Custon Island Homes built our house a few years ago, we were impressed with the commitment, dedication, and professionalism he and his crew displayed. Not only did the project come in on-time, but actually a bit under expected cost! Changes in the original plan were quickly incorporated, and suggestions for improvements were always right on target. In addition, any post construction issues (popping nail heads, minor settling problems) were immediately dealt with by Les himself. I have had the pleasure of working with Les and his team on several design projects in the Hamptons. over the last few years. They are efficient, professional and make sure the job gets done right!
