We then move on to the next stage, which includes the process of construction drawings, material specifications, architectural detailing and finish selections. During the selection process you can be involved as much as you'd like. Many clients like a hands-on approach, while others prefer our designers to do the selections based on their input. It's your choice as to how involved you want to be in the selections. Our team approach provides a trusting, efficient and stress-free experience. We will build at cost-plus or for a fixed price.
