David was fantastic. I was DIY some home remodeling and ran into some work I didn't feel comfortable doing myself. I discovered decades old wood rot in the walls. David came in checked all the walls, pointed out what needed to be replaced and what didn't, replaced the trouble spots and put in some exterior weatherproofing to ensure it didn't happen again. He and his assistant were done in half a day and left everything better than when they started. His rate was really reasonable and it was a smaller job than many other contractors would take on. I would definitely use DB again and recommend them to anyone.

We could not be happier with our upstairs bathroom remodel. Like all projects we ran into a few time delays due to some plumbing issues but David is extremely knowledgeable and his attention to detail cannot be beat. He is truly a jack of all trades - from demolition, to sheet rock, all the tiling and plumbing, and the electrical work. David and Daniel (his assistant) are very conscientious. He is very considerate of being in your home and makes every effort to clean up his tools at the end of each day. We converted a tub in a kids bathroom to a huge walk in shower with sliding glass barn doors. The result far exceeded our expectations. We are excited to have met David not just for our next bathroom remodel but for all the little projects also on our list. Both David and Daniel are also just genuinely good people and a pleasure to have met.

David was professional and extremely talented at mixing colors to match mortar on a stucco house. He attempted to repair a window but suggested that I get a window expert rather than him possibly making things worse (which I appreciated very much). David was very careful to avoid making a mess as he performed his work and did not charge one penny more than his estimate.

He was a great “hands on “ manager that is very knowledgeable and always accepted nothing less than the best in any of his efforts. I have used David Binder for a number of my home improvement projects over the past year. We started with outdoor electrical issues. He was prompt and not only knowledgably, but detail descriptions of the issue and solution. I would give him over 5 Stars if I could. He has also fixed cabinet doors for us, drywall, toilets and I have recently hired him to install a wine refrigerator in our kitchen, as well as rebuild external steps to our garage and deck.
