I’ve collaborated on several projects with DB&C Home Restorations, and I’ve always been impressed by Lorraine Pendleton’s professionalism, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and friendly attitude. She consistently brings a high level of care and dedication to every project. I would recommend her to anyone planning home renovations.

I honestly can not say enough about DB&C. They have completed 3 major projects for me and all have turned out exceptionally. The first was adding a loft in our condo. Not an easy task by any stretch given the space but Lorraine and crew not only were able to plan it out they pulled off with such a stunning outcome. We get compliments ALL the time. They've also gutted our bathroom and rebuilt it to reflect not only our style but the historic location to where there was this gorgeous flow between old and new. They also floored our entire condo with an old barn wood look that is just breathtaking upon entry. Everything they've done has been minute with detail, even when I hadn't thought of it so didn't expect it. They are also not afraid to tell me this that or the other is a hard no for aesthetics vs. what we're trying to accomplish. I'm not the offendable type and have always appreciated and glad I have because the end results in all projects are just amazing. I will for sure be using them moving forward!

Lorraine painted our bathroom, mirrors, new hall lights, new vanity and plumbing. Lorraine fit us in last minute before we had out of town guests arriving. Thanks for keeping it all clean. Highly recommend DB and c. The powder room looks so modern with minimal changes.

Lorraine guided us through the entire process and explained how she would solve our leak problem so that we would never have this issue again. She was informative, immediately responsive, offered great suggestions and had an amazing team work on our bathroom. Lorraine's design ideas were excellent and the quality of the work was fantastic. We have since used DB&C Home Restorations for other projects in our home. We have also shared her information with several other friends who have been ecstatic with the work they had done. Lorraine and her team are amazing. In my experience, Contractors are not typically responsive, so it is a breath of fresh air when Lorraine answers quickly and can get things done in a timely manner. Their team has helped many homes throughout Maryland for me.

DB&C did a fantastic job with our water issues in our condo and with remodeling our house!! It was a one stop shop. They did everything from painting to carpeting and even mold remediation.
