Duane and his crew recently finished our first major renovation on our new home. We had multiple projects going on in our home. Everything was completed on time and we were impressed with all the sub contractors work. We really enjoyed the experience with Duane and his team. They were patient when we had not made final decisions . We appreciated having daily updates from Kelly- the project manager. The team was extremely accommodating to working with our own painter in regards to scheduling.
This was our first renovation job and the overall experience was excellent.

We are a flooring contractor and have done many jobs with DC Builds. We have always found the company to be honest, fair and reliable. We have no problem working with the other quality subcontractors on his job sites. If there are any problems, they are addressed immediately with reasonable solutions for all. As a final - yet noteworthy -comment, DC Builds always pays their bills on time!

Duanne and his team are excellent. They connected my roof to my house, which was recommended by a structural engineer. I got Duanne's name from the engineer and I was extremely happy. I'm using him again to install a gas fireplace and fix molding on the outside of my home....

I was in the middle of a time critical sale of my house when the house inspection necessitated some structural reinforcements to bring the structure up to current codes. Duane was able to preform the work required (as specified by an engineering firm review), in a stunningly fast and efficient fashion, coordinating and preforming all the work and assuring timely inspection by the building department of the work underway and completed so as to meet the closing date for the house. The work involved ordering and installing a steel reinforcing beam, and its still a mystery to me as to how he was even able to get the steel beam ordered and delivered to spec in the time involved, never mind actually handling the demolition and construction to get the beam installed and the surrounding building restored, including painting of interior and exterior to match the surrounding untouched structure. The entire project ran less than 3 weeks. Extremely grateful to Duane for saving this sale.

Duane recently redid our old, 1960s yellow bathroom. What a change! Everything is perfect! At the beginning of the gutting, we ran into some insulation problems that we weren't happy with and Duane made sure it was done to our liking. He also made sure the chrome installed underneath the sink was fixed to my liking. It turned out great. Duane is very easy to work with and comes up with creative ideas for tricky problems.

Duane braced a basement wall that was being pushed inward as a result of improper backfilling. This involved setting several floor to ceiling piers. The final project was completed with a drywall fronting the piers to make the basement look presentable. He was very easy to work with; reliable and the job was completed on time.

Duane of DCBuilds is one of the most professional builders I have had the pleasure to work with. The whole project was on time and within budget. No detail was too small, and he presented me with several options on how to complete the project. He also pointed out several aspects of the project that were well within my skill set( DIY homeowner) and saved me money that way as well. I have a few other things coming up that need to be done, and DCB will be my first and possibly only call. I cannot say enough good things about him.
