I cannot say enough good things about Bowman! They worked with us to put an addition on our home and were with us every step of the way from planning and financing to finishing touches. They not only showed care and respect when in our house, but made our dream a reality and finished a month early!

We absolutely LOVE our new home that DA Bowman built for us! In fact, we wish we knew about them sooner in the process to avoid other headaches. Ian, Alex, and Troy were amazing to work with through the entire project and never shied away from challenges we put before them to make this our forever home. Customization, friendliness, cleanliness, knowledgeable, and attentiveness are some of their great characteristics that make working with them a breeze. Our two year old still asks if her “friends” (Troy and the other tradesmen) are at our house. If you’re in the market for a new, custom home...hands down, these are your guys!!!

Dean A. Bowman Construction is a quality company that I would highly recommend. We had an addition put on our house for my Mother. My husband and I absolutely love our new custom built home completed from start to finish by the Bowman’s. We owe them a huge thank you for making our dream of building a custom home on our property become a reality. After checking into several different builders, the deciding factor for us to go with the Bowman’s boiled down to trust. We truly felt very comfortable working with the Bowman’s and trusted them 100% to lead us through this process. Ian, Dean, and Alex were always very kind, patient, and demonstrated great knowledge throughout the process. We also felt like they were the only company that would work with us on creating a custom home within our budget but without cutting corners and sacrificing on the quality of our home. When it came time for a complete "do over" on our master bathroom, we asked around among friends about who they would recommend. We kept hearing about Bowman Construction. We were very impressed with their presentation outlining the architectural plans, costs, and time frame. As with any major project, there were several hurdles to overcome and a few twists and turns to navigate. These were handled flawlessly. Ian kept us informed throughout the project. What can I say about the result? We've been using the new master bath for almost a year now and I still remark to my wife at least once or twice a week, "This is such a great bathroom". These guys do really great work!!! We highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

Dean and Ian Bowman head up a highly professional company. Top Notch. My son hired Bowman in 2013 to build a stand-along garage and driveway and then rehired Bowman in 2015 to complete additions which included a covered porch, roof, replaced soffit and fascia, replaced spouting, converted the old garage attached to the house into a huge laundry room, storage and utility room and finally graded and seeded the lawn. All the work was done in a timely fashion. In 2015, we hired Bowman to build a shed with porch at our home in Tipp City and it is gorgeous. Yes, we definitely recommend Dean Bowman Construction.

Not only did Dean A Bowman Construction build our home, but we have used them for multiple additional projects in and around our home. They are always very professional and their attention to detail is excellent. We would highly recommend them for any and all home projects. Most recently, we have hired them to customize our basement entertainment area.
