As first-time home builders, we had many questions -- all of which were considered and validated no matter how trivial or complicated; they heeded to our requests, and jumped in when we were looking for direction; and they were well-organized, keeping us up-to-date on the business side of things, as well as guiding us through and keeping us on track with various building and surface selections. Deichman Construction built a house for me and did an excellent job! Every time I show the house to someone they ask me "Who built it?" Deichman went out of the way to make sure all the details I wanted were done and were very accomodating when I was doing things "out of the ordinary". It was very obvious they cared about me personally and it showed! I am still thrilled with my new home and when I show it to people who understand home construction, they comment on how well built it is. I can sit in my home in 50 mile per hour winds outside and not even know it is windy. I would build with Deichman again any time, but now I have my dream home!

our basement was total open space, only a stairway in the middle. We wanted a bathroom, pool table area, TV area, bar area and closed in storage area. In addition my husband wanted to keep his workshop, and we did not want a finished ceiling. Deichmans project manager developed a plan that covered all of our desires. I wanted black cabinets, black ceiling, fairly dark walls and black woodwork. I wanted a barn door somewhere, a fireplace and stone to be incorporated somewhere. We wanted a well defined bar area with a soffit above. The great thing about the project is that they took what we wanted and figured out a way to make everything we wanted to work out. The quality of work is excellent. They paid so much attention to finishing details. When the job was done, they did not have to come back and re-do anything, it was completely finished. WE LOVE IT
