Our home was flooded, causing over $200K in damages. WE hired Tony and his team to "recreate" what we had lost while dealing with a complicated insurance claim. While DFW Design will not be your cheapest option (never go low on something this important!), he has an amazing project leader (Alegandro), he uses quality sub-contractors and -- most importantly -- he is very communicative, takes accountability when there are issues (and there always are), and did everything he could to make a painful process less painful. Tony and his team did a fabulous job for me on my small addition to my house. He is a professional person that I could put my trust in. He is very client oriented and sees that the clients needs are met. He truly listens to the client and saw that my concerns were top priority and handled to my satisfaction. As all construction projects go, there are issues that come up. Tony was very responsive to two small issues that came up on my project. He was on top of them and really turned them into non-issues. Tony stays involved in the project and sees that the highest quality is achieved. He reviewed my project as it progressed and if he wasn’t satisfied of the quality of the work, he has it redone to meet his standards. Tony has been our general contractor on two major projects on our home. First was a total remodel where we took everything down to the studs! We decided our closet and primary bedroom were too small, so we hired Tony again. I think that hiring Tony twice is proof enough that we trust him and are happy with his work!
