We didn't think a basement remodel could be stress-free, but it was. From initial design concepts (they knew what we wanted better than we did!) to having a more functional space in our home, Dave and Jonathan let us know what to expect from start to finish. I have known Dave for a few years. We met through the Milwaukee Metropolitan Builders Association and I have worked with him on the business side. I referred one of my clients to him to evaluate a large project they were looking at. Through the process Dave was professional and prompt with his follow-up. His advice and suggestions were great and he provided my clients with a tour of Wisconsin's first Healthy Home built by his company. Dave's industry knowledge and professionalism are second to none. We had both bathrooms remodeled going from one and a half bathrooms to two full baths. Our kitchen countertops, flooring and painting was all redone and our basement was remodeled giving me a beautiful new 'Man Cave', workout area, sitting area, library shelving, a new pantry and two new enclosed storage areas and lots of other shelving. Dave Kallie of Dimension Design, Build, Remodel Inc the contractor and coordinator for these projects, hired superb sub-contractors. Plumbing, Electric, Sheetrock, Carpenter, Flooring, Plumbing Fixtures, Tile, HVAC, and Painting were all outstanding and did wonderful work. There have been some minor issues since the project/s sign off in August that have arisen and Dave has addressed these with an outstanding attitude and sense of urgency. He has made sure that we are completely satisfied and hasn't left us hanging in the wind these past four months since project sign off. He addressed our concerns as they arose during the approximate four to five months of remodeling. Dave always kept us up to date as these projects progressed and he has excellent attention to detail skills. He caught things during the processes that we never thought about that ultimately saved us money in the long run. We did a complete kitchen renovation, the kitchen was gutted down to the studs and remodeled or updated from the subfloor to the lighting. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with. At our first appointment with Dave, he took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and concerns about our kitchen. In just a few short days Dave designed a fresh, new, ingenious layout for our kitchen that addressed all of our needs and worked within our budget. During the proposal, Dave explained the project in great detail. He went over every part of the contract and included a detailed schedule to prepare us for what to expect. Work began as scheduled, and from the first day, Jim went above and beyond what was required of the job, displaying expert craftsmanship, paying attention to our needs and coordinating the job down to the finest detail. Jim showed respect for the job and our home, making sure that work areas were always left clean and minimizing the inconvenience inherent with a kitchen remodeling project. We could not have asked for a better person to be in our home, making the design into reality. We would recommend Dimension with no reservations in a heartbeat, and be available to discuss our project. For any projects we have in the future, they will be our first stop.

My wife and I met Dimension Design, Build, Remodel Inc owner David Kallie in 2012 while visiting some kitchen remodeling open houses in our local community of Brookfield Wisconsin. We were very impressed with Mr. Kallie's workmanship and his professionalism. In August 2012 we decided we wanted to remodel our condo kitchen and immediately remembered having met Mr Kallie. We contacted him shortly thereafter and begin working with him on our kitchen remodeling project. The project was a complete remodel of our kitchen including replacement of a peninsula with an island, most cabinets, appliances, and lighting fixtures, all countertops, and relocating the sink and electric range and ovens. David was very creative and responsive in developing a plan, which we wanted executed while we were in Arizona for the winter. He would be working with our decorator friend as facilitator in our absence throughout the project. The project was completed on schedule just as we returned from Arizona in April 2013, and at our budgeted estimated of approximately $50,000. Working with David and his crew was an extremely enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a major remodeling project.

My house in Brookfield was the third house I had some remodeling done in by a professional company. I have done two kitchen remodels and hired Dave with Dimension to remodel a master bathroom. Dave was a great contractor to work with in all facets (planning, pricing, demolition, remodeling, finishing work). He has an design background so he was thoughtful in making suggestions to the architect's/professional designer's plans. He communicated often and was always available to answer questions (even on a Saturday morning). One of Dave's sub's installed the steam piping in the shower incorrectly. Upon being notified that the steam was near the bench instead of near the door, Dave had the problem corrected expeditiously with no additional cost to the me the homeowner. Dave did this without complaining even though I could have noticed the plumber's error when it was roughed in instead of noticing it after the tile had been installed. This project came in on time and within budget. Dave was the first contractor I have worked with that did not "change order" me to death. While we had changes to the project, and pursuant to the contract he could have issued/charged for a change order, Dave did not charge me because the changes did not increase the cost of the project. I was so happy with these guys. Work was good, nice people to work with and most of all...if you had a problem with anything, they were ready to deal with it and resolve it. My friend hired a different designing firm and was so UNHAPPY! I WAS NOT with Dimension's.
