We have been very happy with our home built by Dior Builders. We enjoyed working with this design/build firm (45 years in business). In fact, we have become close friends with Kathy and Peter, and that would never have happened with our previous builders. How many other subdivisions do you know where the builder lives among his clients; his 2 married sons also reside in the subdivisions that Dior has developed. We are pleased with the quality, durability and architectural features of the house. After 30 years, we are not bored or tired of our beautiful home. Working with a master design/build firm, we were able to make any custom changes that we desired. The punch list at closing was short and outstanding issues were quickly and competently remedied. We would recommend Dior Builders to any one wanting quality, enduring construction and beautiful design. It is particularly nice to have a subdivision where ALL of the houses are built by the same builder; all with great architectural detail. Peter was born in Italy and travelled extensively through Europe which is reflected in presenting his heritage in the future connection with today's lifestyle. Sincerely, Norm and Sue Abazoris
