Had a main bathroom and 1 bedroom renovation done. From the start (taking measurements, extracting old vanity/bath tub etc.) to the installation of the new walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, laying of the bedroom flooring, the work was done in a professional manner. When unforeseen situations arose it was brought to our attention instantly along with the options of how to fix it.

Domilya Group has completed an extensive interior and exterior renovation in our house in Oakville. This included an addition at the ground and basement floors with structural modifications and upgrade of both main and en-suite bathrooms on the 2nd floor. As an architectural designer, the first day that I met Rachid to discuss the details of the project, I liked his visions and knowledge. I knew that he is the contractor that I would like to work with and thankfully his price turned out the lowest amongst the 3 quotes we had received. Rachid loves what he does and gets involved in every single detail until it is done perfectly! He is always responsive and pleasantly accepts additional changes during construction either requested by us or required to make the final work better, within reasonable cost. He goes above and beyond to meet the Client's requirements and he sets his bar higher. His team is professional and amazingly dedicated and organized yet courteous, polite, and cooperative. This was very critical and important to us as we have been living on the second floor throughout the construction! It's worth mentioning that Rachid was flexible to our demand for access to one bathroom at all times, even though it resulted in extended construction time and he had to bring in some trades more than once. Also, the process of selecting and ordering finishes went smoothly with the resourceful Domilya Design and Supply Center, despite lockdowns and material shortage during the Covid-19 pandemic. Heba, Aili, Amy, and the entire office team were always ready to respond promptly and make arrangements for additional material orders and delivery in a timely manner to avoid any delay. Domilya team were exceptional. We selected them in January to help with renovation of our home in Oakville, while wife and i were preparing for our relocation from Texas. We did most of the engagements, designs, material selection and modifications over zoom due to Covid restrictions and 14 days quarantine requirements in Canada that made it impractical for either of us to visit Canada until months after start of renovation. We found the entire team to be highly professional and they consistently looked out for our interest. Our home turned out spectacular. Even though we spent (and did) more than original plan, we feel quite satisfied with the outcome. They are highly recommended.

Rachid and his team at Domilya Group did a major main floor renovation in my home this year. A load bearing wall was removed (re-directing all electrical and plumbing), beautiful new hardwood floors sourced through their amazing Design Center were installed throughout and the fireplace wall was re-surfaced with marble tiles. In addition, crown moulding, new baseboards and a complete paint job resulted in a transformation that is simply spectacular! In summary, they are professional, their work is high quality, on time and on budget and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had Domailya do a major renovation at our home during the peak of Covid. We were totally impressed with how they carried themselves and and in every aspect of the work. In 2019 we decided to kick off a long overdue renovation of our house. We met with five contractors, including Rachid from Domilya who stood out from the others for his knowledge and vision for our space. Our renovation included a full demolition of the main floor, opening up the kitchen, removing a large load bearing wall, replacing the staircase and adding a main floor powder room. After deciding to work with Rachid we quickly realized we made the right decision when we visited the showroom and spoke with him and the designer about the layout and our vision. As with most old houses, there were many surprises but Rachid anticipated most of them and dealt with them in a professional way. Rachid always picked up his phone when we called and made himself available to meet in person if we had questions – overall he made this a very smooth process. Even six months after moving home, we are still amazed with the transformation. Domilya did a renovation for me four years ago and I was so pleased with the work they did I hired them again to renovate my main floor which required removing a wall, replacing all flooring, replacing all trim work and painting the whole house. Other than some minor finishing touches that could have been done better, I am overall very satisfied with the workmanship. The folks at Domilya are very nice to work with. We used Domilya group to finish our basement and turn it into a walk out by adding in a door, just below grade. It was a bigger job than we initially thought, so I’m so glad that we had their expertise to lean on. We hired domilya GROUP for a complete ensuite bathroom renovation. It included removing the tub and installing a walk-in shower with custom tiling, niche, a ceiling mounted rainhead and hand held showerhead, and frameless glass doors. They also replaced the toilet, sink and vanity, light, mirror, and hardware. The floor was re-tiled and Rachid created a tile basebord around the bathroom - it looks so highend! Rachid and his employees finished my basement project within two weeks. We needed a new wall, new door way to connect two rooms and some work in an apartment kitchen. We needed someone to do some big parts of the project but we are doing the rest. They started and finished when they said they would, they were always very nice and easy to work with. The work when completed was what we asked for and more. We had our ensuite bathroom redone. They started the job as promised and completed when promised. The demolition and rebuild was done with no disruption to our household. They take pride in what they do and it shows in their work.. Rachid and his group have helped us several times for various renovations. No job is too small or too large for him. In prep for selling my home, I needed to do some renovations that were quick, low cost, yet striking. I called domilya GROUP and within the space of a week, they gave me a quote and came out 3 days later to do the work. In one day, Rachid and his team transformed my dull kitchen with a new backsplash, and a stainless steel hood fan. Then they turned my mudroom and laundry area into a space that is now useful, practical, more organized and easier to keep clean. I got way more than I originally asked for without an increase in the cost! The work was done quickly, but the results looks like it took days to accomplish. They started early in the day so my kids were still sleeping and Rachid asked his guys to do the quieter tasks first so the noise wouldn’t wake my kids! Service! Service! Service!
