We hired Nick and Sasha for our project during Covid. We did a two-story extensive remodel to our home. They did a great job. We selected them after obtaining five other bids. Their pricing was competitive, and I liked that they outlined and broke down expenses, everything was transparent. Also he worked very well with my interior designer, was respectful to our input and was collaborative.

Wonderful quality, good project management, expedient communication and good materials used. Responsive and vested that your design comes out right. Its good to know vendors exist who care out there, especially in Los Angeles!

Nick and Sasha were great to work with and always maintained an open line of communication. I would use their services again.

Eberia/Nick came and gave me an estimate on my Master Bathroom Remodel. He's an honest man that took the time and energy it takes to answer all my questions in great detail. Unlike many contractors that came and gave me a quote, he actually took measurements and made a great effort to get an accurate detailed estimate. I saw 14 different contractors, so take my word for it, Nick is first class.

The finished job was exactly to my expectations. Upscale job completed on time. 4 weeks for a kitchen remodel of that magnitude is unheard of! I highly recommend Eberia Construction for any remodeling projects. Eberia was one of three contractors that had been suggested by California Kitchens. Eberia was probably the most expensive one, but meeting with Nick gave me a sense of solidity that I had not felt with the other two. Work proceeded as promised, crew showing up as planned, cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. My elderly parents were living in the rest of the house during the remodel and had no complaints. We worked through some plan changes dictated by the age of the house. Completely gutted and remodeled bathroom. Demolition was fast and efficient. Found some rot near the tub, but I was expecting that. New window installed perfectly. Cabinet maker was top notch, fast, and friendly. Tile setter was an artist! The supervisor of my job, Erakli (sorry about spelling) was professional and easy to reach by phone and present every day. Site clean-up was excellent. Overall, very happy with the job and I will be using Eberia again soon for my other bathroom.

We added a shower to a half bath and completed a remodel of the overall bathroom. Nick was very upfront and honest about prices, obstacles, and timeline. We felt very comfortable with having him and his team in our house. Although, as with any project, there were some obstacles to overcome, there were no surprises on his end. He is a man of high integrity.

Nick is the owner of Eberia Construction Co. and he is a great guy to work with. He doesn't cut any corners and he tells things as he see. Before I decided to work with Nick, I have received 3 other bids from other contractor. Nick had not the lowest price of them all, but I love how his estimate is very through and he lists out a detailed breakdown of the project. The initial project took longer than expected because city making this small project tougher than it needs to be. Throughout the process, Nick is quick on responding emails and phone calls. His crew is quick and easy to work with. If you are interested in remodeling, definitely give Nick a call!

We are definitely enjoying our newly remodeled house including master bathroom and it does look beautiful. Thank you for all the hard work and touch-ups from the team. I know the past few weeks in particular were challenging (it was also a struggle for us), but we appreciate your willingness and ability to deliver us what we really wanted (master bedroom/bathroom in the back of the house), when most other contractors tried to talk us out of it. You came up with a creative solution (moving of walls) to get it done, and we are now happy to be sleeping in the back of the house.

If you are reading this review, it means that you are looking for a general contractor. In our opinion, your search should stop right here. You will be hard pressed to find a professional that could compete with Mr. Nick Sakvarelidze of Eberia Construction. When we began planning our kitchen-remodeling project we were duly apprehensive. The job was extensive, complex, and having asked around all we heard were horror stories. After interviewing several very reputable contractors we settled, hands down, on Mr. Sakvarelidze. From the very first meeting to the last day of the job we never once regretted our choice. In fact, as the work progressed our admiration for this man and his outstanding professionalism only grew. In fact these words, "outstanding professionalism" permeate every aspect of Nick's attitude, approach to business, and execution of the tasks at hand. There are other words that go along with professionalism- courteous, hardworking, diligent and gracious! Nick Sakvarelidze is all these and more. Nick's estimate detailed, thorough and realistic. A couple of items were changed in the process of the job (to be expected), but these were done with our consent and/or at our urging. And how many people can claim peace of mind while their house is being torn down, and their life turned upside down? Nick promised at the beginning of the project that if problems would arise, he would handle them. "Don't worry," he said. Throughout the weeks of the project Nick stayed true to his word. Stumbling blocks are inevitable in any remodeling project of this size. Our friends warned that we should count on them. Nick Sakvarelidze never flinched, argued, or take advantage of any difficulty that arose - he was helpful and gracious beyond the call of duty. Staying with budget? -YES! Nick was always ready with an excellent suggestion, but he at all times listened to out wants and needs. When somebody loves what he does - it shows. Nick Sakvarelidze takes pleasure and pride in his work. He provides the proverbial “excellent service with a smile". When you're on the receiving end of such professionalism, you realize how rare it actually is. People who see our beautiful new kitchen ask if Nick's services are expensive. "He is reasonable", we reply, "but in the end - how would you price integrity?"

Overall, it went perfect. We bought our home in Feb. and obtained bids right away so we could complete the remodel move in ASAP. Out of the 3 bids we received Nick's proposal was the best b/c it was detailed and the costs were reflected line by line in addition to potential required changes to the costs being mentioned. Nick had done remodels for two other friends and they were both very happy so we decided to go with him based on the referral and price. We had cheaper bids but we know cheaper isn't always better. We ran into a structural issue in our kitchen which no one (including 2 other contractors that had been in the house) thought would come up. Nick did reflect a cost in the bid for any potential structural issues but this was still a huge shock. The previous home owner had work done to the kitchen but it was not done to code and hidden very well. Nick gave us a few options on how to move forward so we ended up doing exactly what was planned. Because of the structural issue we ended up finishing a week after the original completion date which was definitely understandable and still very good given the amount of work it took to get the structural issue resolved. We will definitely be using Nick for all future remodels. Nick and associates were always available to answer questions and provided updates on a weekly basis.
