Eden was the general contractor for the project. The project scope included complete demolition to the foundation and lower walls. The completed project had 50% more SF and was three versus the two original levels. The project was on a steep slope that added complexities. Eden brought excellent sub contractors to the project. The only frustrating part of the project was the efficiency of the demolition. The project was too complex to execute on a fixed price contract and was done on a cost plus basis. Eden's markup was fair and we are very satisfied with the final product. Eden did an outstanding job managing the scope of the project and the timing of decisions. This was done to such superior manner that there was negligible rework.

Eden Custom Home and Paul Ferlito made our first foray into a remodel seamless, stress free and effortless. I wasn't sure what to expect with our remodel after hearing friends nightmare stories but Paul walked up though everything, was respectful, stayed on budget and delivered a beautiful remodeled kitchen/great room.
