I could spend an entire day listing all of the headaches and mistakes caused on our remodel. I never write reviews, but my hopes is that I save people from wasting their energy on this team. We remodeled our home with Elite in 2020-2022 (what was quoted as a 6 month project went far longer...which would have been okay if it was done well). It was a nightmare - they installed our floorboards wrong, our new plumbing makes all sorts of weird noises, our electrical shorts all the time, our door frames and doors are crooked and hang wrong...at one point they even tried to install our sliding doors upside down (no joke my husband saw what they were doing and stopped them). When they poured foundation, they forgot to put a hole for the sink drain...had to then drill into new foundation. We had to re-insulate our house after they did all new insulation. They also pinched our AC channel, so air doesn't blow into the main room anymore. Truly, the list goes on and on and on....the worst part was working with the owner. He's incredibly arrogant, and clearly doesn't care about his employees or customers. Don't waste your time with them, please. They will cut corners to save a buck - especially on the things you don't see.

DO NOT HIRE AVI! We had my mother's kitchen remodeled. It took entirely too long. She often waited all day on days they said they'd show up, and no one did. Once it was finished, 2 drawers broke (the front of the drawers fell off.) They came a few times over a 4+ month period to fix it, and once the 1-year warranty had expired, they told us the warranty period is over and they don't need to fix it. This is disgraceful business practice. Dishonest, shady business should not be rewarded with more work, so please consider hiring elsewhere.

They explained everything about the process of our remodeling project, and they planned it with us. Their attention to detail, courtesy, and respect was refreshing. It is a pleasure to work with them. The project turned out beautifully – just as I had envisioned.
