Elya Construction did our addition and garage. Job was on schedule and on budget the whole way through. Very nice workmanship, especially the kitchen. We would not hesitate to refer or use Elya Construction again.

Al did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. He is very detailed in his work and it shows. The final product was absolutely breathtaking and we love how functional our new layouts perform. Our only complaint was that on a couple of occasions he said he would be out to do some work but then didn't show up and didn't call or text us to let us know he wasn't coming. We spoke to him about our concerns and he apologized and always let us know when he would be there and if he wasn't able to come out. Very professional and courteous man.

I have worked many jobs with Al Elya over the past 4 years and have the highest respect for his workmanship and professionalism. He always has highly satisfied customers that speak highly of him. He is a great team player to work around coordinating the different trades needed on a remodel project. His years of experience and always smiling good nature make him an excellent choice for any project.

We hired Al Elya, Elya Construction to remove & replace our Master Bath and Guest Bath cabinets and make custom mirror frames. His measurements were right on. When the cabinets came in he arranged the plumbing disconnects and reconnects before and after his work. All was done right on time and with the highest quality. We have received many compliments on the new work done! The best complement is that i have since hired Al to make a custom shelf for a new TV/sound system. He measured on Monday afternoon and brought back and installed the new shelf Thursday morning. His work is outstanding and we woiuld recommend him to anyone. Chuck and Sandy Meyer 231 881-4157

Al built our Harbor Springs 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home for us in 2001. His quote was reasonable. The work was timely. He even did I a couple of extra things, and came in under budget. In 2012 I ask him if he would build a platform bed for us and he did just as wonderful a job on that as he did on our home. I would, and have, recommended Al to anyone looking for a reasonable and quality builder!
