Equitable Construction Company

Equitable Construction was highly recommended to me by a friend who recently had a major renovation done on her home in Virginia Highlands, Atlanta. Apparently Equitable Construction has a long history with renovation and new home construction. I contacted the owner David to quote a bathroom renovation. Even though I already knew what I wanted the design to be, David made several thoughtful recommendations that would fit my design requirement and budget. The renovation project was estimated to be completed within approximately 30 days. Just as planned, David completed the renovation on time. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the construction phase. I could never be happier with the outcome of my bathroom. It is so beautiful! I highly recommend Equitable Construction if you are considering a renovation project.

David Momtahen gave us his proposal in August of 2014. He was the winner, not on price, however he was competitive, but for his design. After receiving the job E.C.C. met or exceeded our expectations. We made some changes along the way, E.C.C. proved to be flexible. Overall, the project was timely and met our expectation on price. We are very happy.

I went to Equitable Construction to remodel my basement. I had Equitable Construction put in a bar, theater, bedroom and bathroom and their attention to detail was excellent. They finished on schedule and pricing was very fair. I would definitely use them again.
