Eskan remodeled a CA condo for us while we were living in NY! We took a huge leap of faith by finding them online and they were exceptional from start to finish!! We hired Eskan to do a complete remodel in Irvine and we are very happy with our new home! Kaveh and Alena did the initial walkthrough with us to better understand our design and functional needs; the initial estimate we received after was incredibly detailed. From there, Alena, Giannina, and Brooke managed the entire design process, while Reza and his team managed the construction work. Throughout the process we had a ton of (probably annoying) questions, but it was incredibly easy to text the team anytime. We felt very informed as the work was progressing. Overall, the entire remodel took about 5 months, which was fairly close to the original timeline despite discovering a few issues during the demo phase. We also did exceed the original estimate, but that was largely due to our choices on finishes and materials. And of course with any large project like this, it's unlikely for every single detail to turn out perfect. We did notice some imperfections with the work after moving in, and Reza and his team immediately took care of it. This remodel was a big investment for us, but we feel we chose the right partner to make it all happen.

With the assistance of Eskan Developers, we were able to successfully complete our bathroom remodel project. We sought to take a small first floor bathroom and create a much larger wheelchair accessible bathroom with shower, that would be directly connected to an adjacent bedroom. Eskan’s planning, design and material sourcing were all well coordinated. The Eskan construction team and superintendent were wonderful as well - very knowledgeable & skilled and considerate of our family during the renovation. When it came to our project, the Eskan Developers team had perfect attendance. They kept appointments and had members of the construction team on-site every day of the project. We all know that home construction can be stressful and the unexpected can happen. So glad we selected Eskan Developers.

C'mon! These guys are great. Helped us through a number of difficult decisions without feeling pressured. Completed our project significantly earlier than expected.
