Euro Design Build turned our dark and dated kitchen into a fresh, open, and bright gourmet place to prepare and cook meals. Melinda D. and her design team along with Seval D. and his build team worked remodeling magic in our kitchen and master bathroom. They designed and built a new sewing suite and master closet with laundry. We live in a ‘new’ 21st century contemporary home that will take care of our needs for a long time.

Euro Design Build is a super, dependable family-owned company. This is the 2nd time to use them, a master bathroom and 8 years later a kitchen remodel and their workers were the same people. They do top notch work and are great to work with. Very professional and experienced. Both projects were completed on time and within budget. I Highly recommend this company.

Another terrific remodel! We have used EURO Design Build for seven projects in our home: master bathroom, master bedroom, front staircase and front wall (due to water damage). EURO also did our kitchen remodel and our spare bedroom remodel. This year EURO completed our family room remodel. When the photographer came to take pictures for their portfolio, he could not stop complimenting the room and we know why. The transition from a plain, somewhat disjointed space into a tranquil, comfortable upscale space is nothing short of magical. We were always a bit reluctant to change the positioning of the TV to above the fireplace because of neck strain with having to look up so much. Not a problem with EURO's design. They introduced us to the MantleMount system and problem solved. That made way for the redesign of the wall cabinets and the fireplace mantle. Melinda was able to combine casual comfortable contemporary design with the traditional design that runs throughout the house. Seval's team brought Melinda's design to life with their usual excellence and hard work. Even with some of the supply chain issues everyone is dealing with these days, the project went smoothly and was completed to perfection. With Melinda's help choosing the wall art and suggestions for additional items to finish the look of the room, it a space we are drawn to not just a room we use.

After 30 years we finally decided it was time to turn our home into the house we really wanted since we were obviously never leaving. We chose Euro Design Build over other contractors because we could tell immediately that Melinda and Seval not only had the expertise we were looking for in both design and construction but were also willing to help us achieve our goals while maintaining their integrity. We spent two months working with the team to design a home that reflected who we are, filled with color and light and spaces where we could both live and work. When we ran into conflicts, Melinda, Michelle, and Sammy listened to and incorporated our ideas as they could or directed us to compromises when necessary. We learned to listen to them because they knew so much more than we did about appliances, tile, plumbing, flooring, and, well, basically everything that goes into building a home that endures! Six months later, Euro’s team started methodically destroying almost every room in our house. For four months Seval, Jose, Lee, Walter, Ray, Ivica, and Mirsad worked their magic, and we marveled at their attention to the smallest details, their ability to problem solve, and their cleanliness along the way. When Jose and Lee discovered that neither our ceiling nor any of our existing walls even approached the idea of level, they took pains to ensure that no one else would ever know. Ivica created works of art with tiles of various sizes and patterns. Ray built and installed custom cabinets and bookshelves in every room, and Walter painted cabinets, shelving, and trim multiple times without leaving a single brushstroke. We still can’t figure out how he did that. Mirsad willingly did everything that no one else had time to do, smiling and laughing along the way. There was nothing this team could not do, no issue they could not resolve, and those solutions led to results more beautiful than we expected. Along the way, we learned that Melinda performs magic. When one of our new windows was too large for its intended space, she called on her resources at the manufacturer, and we had a correctly sized window within a week. Miraculously, a single phone call to the showroom brought our refrigerator in September instead of November as expected. Upon discovering that our new window coverings eliminated instead of softly filtering the light in our now wide-open kitchen, Melinda swiftly reordered the correct blinds and handled the additional costs with minimal fuss. Did we mention she is a magician? Yes, our project ran longer than intended. Yes, we spent more than we expected. Yes, there were hiccups. Most importantly, though, we would do it all again, but only with Melinda, Seval, and the entire team by our side. It’s a good thing we don’t plan to leave. We could never find a house that compares to this, our new Euro-designed and -built grown-up home.

Contractor Selection: We interviewed 15 different contractors before speaking with Melinda. The moment we met Melinda we knew this was the right team for our project. What differentiated Melinda was her knowledge, expertise, attention to detail and high moral standard. She was forthright and transparent in an industry full of opacity, which made choosing her the easiest decision. We also loved the fact that she didn’t have a slew of third-party subcontractors coming into our home – she employs her own in-house team and they have been with her for many years. She treats her team extremely well, and it makes all the difference in their quality of work and how they show up as a team. Design Phase: Our design goals for this project were unique. We were rebuilding after water damage from recent winter storms but also found out that we would be moving and needed to sell our home. Despite having built our custom home only a few years prior to the damage, our objective was not to just rebuild with the same quality but to rather to invest in the home with high quality finishes that another family could make their own. Melinda and Michelle used their expertise in design to create a universally appealing space that optimized the space beautifully. They helped to elevate the quality and design of the home while always maintaining a vigilant eye on the expenses. They served as true partners and scrutinized every dollar spent as if it were their own. Construction Phase: Seval managed the overall construction phase of the project. He is an unbelievably kind and respectful man, who approaches being inside your home as if it were his own. We were kept updated of all phases of the project in a timely manner. Even when there were unforeseen delays (entirely due to supply chain constraints), Seval and Melinda were transparent and looked to solve problems at every turn. Completion: The final product absolutely blew us away! Every detail was from design through to the finished product was managed and executed meticulously. We will only entrust Melinda and the Euro Design Build team with any future work we need!

Euro Design Build remodeled our kitchen in a house that we lived in for 35 years. Melinda Dzinic was great to work with as a designer. Having her own showroom made it very convenient to decide on different materials for our kitchen. She patiently showed us many possibilities until we were completely satisfied with the materials chosen. There were several things that we did not know much about but she informed us about the pros and cons of each so that we could make an educated decision. She is very knowledgeable about kitchen design , especially things that will make life more convenient. What started out as just replacing the countertops, backsplashes, and appliances grew into a much bigger remodeling project. We also decided to replace the cabinets, remove the column between the kitchen and sunroom, re-do the sunroom walls, and replace the carpet in the dining room with hardwood flooring. The kitchen is much more open now and looks up-to-date. The change was dramatic. We spent a lot more money than we originally planned but it was well worth the extra cost. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and sunroom now and enjoy it every day. Everyone who comes to visit is so impressed with how different the kitchen and sunroom look, the quality of the cabinets, and how well the remodeling work was done. Her husband, Seval Dzinic was in charge of the construction part of the project. His experienced crew was very specialized and skilled in their different crafts. They were all very courteous and punctual. Melinda and Seval are perfectionists and strive for quality work and satisfied customers. We are so glad that we chose their company to remodel our kitchen. Always amazed about how Melinda got into our heads and understood what we were wanting. Everything was done exceptionally well and the people working for them are true crafts people. I would highly recommend Euro for any project that you may have. They totally remodeled our kitchen and the final design looked like something out of a magazine. They took a built in wall unit that was in an outdated light stain and did a total re staining that matched the cabinets in the kitchen, I never even knew that that could be done. My husband and I needed a kitchen update and the firm we wanted most for the job was EURO Design. They'd remodeled our kitchen and family room back in 2007, and we were beyond pleased with their innovative ideas, their team of expert workmen, and the way everything looked/worked when they were done. Thirteen years later our kitchen is still beautiful and our appliances still function extremely well, but we wanted a more contemporary look. Instead of the faux-finish cabinets, we had in mind a solid, lighter color paint; we also longed for new hardware and a change in accent colors for a built-in hutch and a stove-top cabinet. We got all that and more: new cabinet fronts and drawer boxes plus a new drawer for the garbage bin that opens with a slight touch of the knee (when your hands are busy with other things.) As usual, EURO completed the job on schedule with a minimum of upset to our household.

Amazing work quality. We hired Euro after problem with water damage. Now, our 1995 home looks brand new. The design, the materials, and the workmanship combined to update our home and elevate its quality. They took the time to learn about our tastes and style. We received designs and samples to review before the work began. They are so trustworthy: We actually left town for several weeks while the work was underway. Came home to a beautifully finished project.

This was our first project on our 20 year old house. We were a little concern about starting any new projects since building the house mostly due to very stressful experience with the original house builder. We started this project only as a renovation of the master bathroom, but later decided to completely change/update the master closet and update the master bedroom. I would first say that this is my 12th project with Euro Design Build. I met Melinda and Seval when I was interviewing builders for my master bathroom remodel back in 2007. We have just completed our kitchen remodel and could not be happier with the results. A blend of oak painted cabinets and Knotty Alder stained wood. Not only did we achieve a brighter and more open kitchen but incorporating the latest lighting and appliances. The attention to detail and design is what originally attracted me to Euro and that still stands true. Cabinet designs to uniquely fit my space with quality of doors and draws that all soft close. The design was meant to give us the best space and flow throughout the kitchen. Relocating part of the pantry so it’s more accessible to the cooking workflow in the kitchen and finishing it off with a beautifully designed barn door really set it off. I would never consider having another builder in my home.

I stumbled onto Euro Design Build when researching companies who could help me tackle a guest bed and bath renovation. The reviews were very positive so I decided to risk it. From the very beginning the experience was straightforward and painless. I needed this bathroom to be ADA compliant and done before Thanksgiving to accommodate hosting my guests. Melinda and her group created a beautiful design that even made the shower in this small bathroom work for someone wheelchair-bound. Construction took about a month to do the bathroom and the guest bedroom walls and floors. The workers were over almost every day and were very kind and respectful of my property. No one balked if I asked them to do another coat of paint or double-check anything because they knew quality was important to me. The results were outstanding. I’m jealous that my guest suite looks better than my master and I will not hesitate to use Euro Design Build again in the future.

EURO Design remodeled our master bedroom in February 2017. It is the most tranquil bedroom that I have ever slept in. The design ensured the luxury of their prior work in the master bathroom flowed into the master bedroom and created a master suite that is beautiful, extremely functional, and amazingly serene. From the wall color to the custom fireplace and the wonderful bed, the design is flawless. This is the sixth project EURO has done in our home and each time we are more impressed with the vision and skill the team brings to the job.

When we started searching for a larger house for our family, we knew that the choice would have to include Euro Design Build as part of the selection, design and remodeling of our new home. We had used Euro in the prior year on a full kitchen, dining room and living room remodel at our old house, and the results were truly beautiful, so much that our house sold in the first hour of listing with 10 back up bids by the end of the same day, amazing! Melinda met us at our soon to be new house and gave us her professional recommendations before we signed on the dotted line. We loved the entire experience from start to finish with Euro Design Build. Melinda and Seval truly work as a team designing and remodeling your home to meet your personal needs and wants, and all their dedicated employees are true craftsman at their trade and take pride in the work they do and are on time and clean up every day before they leave. We gave Euro a budget and a timeline to get all the work accomplished and they met it, even on a short time line (as our family was living with friends after the quick sale of our old house and we needed to get the children settled in) and even in their busiest time of the year! Our kitchen was completely gutted from floor to ceiling and transformed and reconfigured into a dream “Showcase” kitchen with custom wood cabinets with LED strip lighting, an unbelievable custom built-in island with cook-top and bar seating (designed by Melinda) all with rich granite counter tops, all new ceiling lighting and top end appliances, and our children’s favorite the micro-wave drawer! As well, Euro took an unused formal living room to finally give my husband his own grand game-room, complete with 16’ ceilings, pool table, stone fireplace with flat screen TV, French doors out to the pool and enough space to show-case all his hunting trophies. The house remodel was complimented throughout with all new hand scraped Hickory nail down wood flooring, custom wood shutters, new paint (colors all selected for us by Melinda) throughout the entire house and new chandelier lighting in the entry, dining and kitchen, just beautiful. So beautiful in fact, that our house won several NARI awards for the outstanding work that Euro did for our new home! We would highly recommend Euro Design Build to anyone that wants to have outstanding service, superior products, attention to detail and amazing results!

I can't believe how fortunate we were to find Euro to remodel our home. Melinda and her team were so professional and treated our home with respect. Melinda is a very talented interior designer who makes a great effort to learn about the client's style and then incorporates that into her design plan. Her team was always on time and kept the mess to a minimum. In working with Melinda, she listened to our wants and presented a budget with several options. On both projects, they stayed in budget and were able to meet the deadlines outlined. Euro remodeled four bathrooms, installed Real wood floors in our den and study, and built a beautiful wind cellar under our stairs. The Tuscan painted walls are a favorite. We were so impressed with Euro that we used them for another remodel in 2010 and plan to use them again in the future.

what a great remodel experience. Melinda understood our project goals and tastes right from the start. At final design only a couple of minor changes were made, she read us like a book. All of the workmen that came to our house were craftsmen. They did things to perfection and if something was not right, they would take it out and do it over till they it meet their standards. We recently remodeled our entire kitchen, including new appliances, cabinetry and hardware. We previously used the firm to remodel three bathrooms, and the fact that we asked them to also do our kitchen is the ultimate compliment. Euro Design/Build and Melinda Dzinic was the answer to our prayers. We required a one story house for my wife and a gated/guarded community. After 2 years we found our house and began interviewing contractors for a total remodel. The routine was always the same-here is a list of our suppliers, make your selections, and we will give you a price range and construction time during which you will need to relocate for 4-5 months. Two new friends invited us to see their houses that Euro had recently completed. A meeting with Melinda came shortly. A very professional, knowledgeable person, she presented her method of accomplishing our goals. The only requirement was for us to meet with her and describe what we wanted. All our selection meetings would be at our home or her design center. As this got underway my wife became seriously ill and passed away one month later. After taking care of estate activities, I decided to complete what my wife, myself, and Euro had started. Melinda inherited a color blind, totally inept client who required what she does so well. All her key staff are in house including a superb carpenter shop which turn out beautiful cabinets. The 2 sub contractors she uses have been working with her for over 12 years. Every day at 8 they would be at my door and worded until 5. The construction was completed in just over 4 months. Every night the work area was cleaned up. Barriers with zippers were in place throughout the construction period to reduce the dust. Throughout construction there were no surprise change orders. The result is spectacular! I was very comfortable living in the house as was "Sugarbear" my wife's Devon Rex cat. What else can I say? Melinda and her staff decorator have ordered all new furniture to complement the new house. This was done on a fee basis and I received all the discounts for the furniture. Melinda and Seval gor me through a difficult period and gained my complete trust for their honesty, professionalism, and knowledge of their business.

Melinda Dzinic and the Euro Design Team are creative, professional, flexible and trustworthy. Melinda and Seval closely monitored and supervised the project which was completed in the agreed to time period. The remodel included both interior and exterior redesign to our house. The interior worked focused on our foyer, living room and space between the kitchen and dinning room. The foyer, living room and fireplace were completely gutted and redesigned. A butler's pantry was added between the kitchen and dinning room. Everything in the living room was either rebuilt or replaced. A new wine bar/cellar was added adjacent to the fireplace. A butler's pantry cabinet and wine bar were built by the craftsman's at Euro design. These item were high quality furniture. The exterior remodeled involved rebuilding of the entry way and the expanding of the front flower boxes. The new entry door in the front has not only added to the beauty of the front entry way but to the safety and security of the house. We highly recommend Euro Design and Melinda Dzinic and will work with them again on future remodels.

We hired EuroDesign after having been disappointed with prior remodeling projects. They are very good in terms of design, quality craftsmanship, schedule attainment and helping us realize our overall project goals. But they are limited by using only a select few subcontractors and employees, and we got mixed results with some of these services. Melinda greatly simplified the design and selection of materials process by giving us a very few high quality selection options. This made it much easier and kept us from being overwhelmed early on. But in looking at her design portfolio, her recommendations seem to be very similar for many clients, so expect to have to push if you want something very different than what you see in her portfolio. Seval is the lead craftsman and does great cabinetry and trim work, plus he oversees the entire project. Plumbing and tile work is subcontracted to small yet high quality firms who take great pride in doing quality work. Speed is not the company's asset, but they were very good in terms of overall finish quality. EuroDesign laid out a fairly detailed schedule, and stayed within that schedule for the most part. Their workers arrived on time, worked all day, and always cleaned up after themselves. They were very respectful of our home, and even the dogs liked them. As many reviewers have stated, EuroDesign is not the cheapest remodeler. But they do have a simplified process; show up (for the most part) when they are supposed to, and put out a premium product. Overall, we were pleased with Euro.

After interviewing several top companies, we hired Euro Design to remodel our master bath. But they didn't just remodel it, Melinda and her outstanding staff transformed it into a beautiful spa! We are so thrilled with their high quality craftsmanship that we will only use Euro Design for any future projects!

“It’s a drawer? Wow!” Until I slide it out to reveal enough laundry supplies to fill a minivan, no one ever suspects the narrow panel wedged between the washer and dryer is a pull out drawer. The version you find in stores? Those pull outs are not this pull out. Those require a floor and this drawer lives 18 inches above a floor. Those are wire frame baskets on rollers, this is an honest-to-God cabinet drawer smartly concealing its contents. Such is the magic of Melinda Dzinic, designer and owner of Euro Design Build. This laundry room makes the third remodel by Euro Design Build for this house and still I am in disbelief of how a room ugly enough to bring property values down can be transformed into something so far out, you expect Hal’s voice from 2001 Space Odyssey to come at you any second. Start here: from the before and after pictures, you’d swear this room’s footprint expanded. Space exists where none was before. Loads of it. Just look at the before picture-- to open the washer door required shifting your body over a lane. Now it’s like you could play football in there. Not double the size. Just double the space. That the footprint didn’t increase by so much as one silly square inch -- this is why you want The Queen of Tiny Spaces designing your space. And OMG, the lighting. Stadiums are not this bright. Not a single cubic inch of space hangs in the shadows. LED tape lights cleverly tucked behind ledges popped this laundry room into the next century. I’m not kidding. Way out futuristic. Accouterments. Can’t leave out the accouterments. The way this one is tricked out is more art gallery than laundry station. Like that plank of barn door wood graced by four oil rubbed bronze knobs. Really, its simplicity strikes me as more a piece of original art than it does a laundry accessory. Ditto for the laundry hamper. Dressed to the nines southwest style. Not one hint of Home Depot in this room. Come look, admission is free. Look: there’s remodels. Then there’s Euro Design Build remodels. Not the same thing. Euro took this space from dingy and dysfunctional to something so well done, I can’t help leaving the laundry door open when guests arrive. Humble bragging, I know, but. . . It’s. Cracking. Good. SO: here I am three remodels after my first Euro Design Build experience of four years ago. The team of craftsmen now are the same as those of the first remodel which says enough about the people running this company. They deliver excellence, they deliver style and that they do it so consistently is how Euro Design Build earned my trust. Hire these people. Thank me later. Careful, though. You may end up having them do the whole house!

The Euro Design Company is one of the best companies for design, building, and remodeling. They are very professional from beginning to end. The team knows exactly what colors, style, shape and size belong to a part of my home. Everything was done in a timely manner for a great cost. I knew that my house remodel was in good hands the entire way through. I didn't have any worries and was extremely happy with their work. Special thanks to Melinda and her team.

Euro Design Build, completely remodeled the downstairs of my manor on Beverly ave in highland park (75205). I am not an easy to please person and am very particular in who I allow into my home. Melinda Dzinic came to evaluate my home and overall project needs. Not only was she pleasant and real with my hopes for remodeling, but she seemed to know many things before I did as far as what I wanted in certain areas and how well to make everything work and flow together. The Euro team was fast, respectful, clean and most importantly, the best skilled craftsmen I have seen in this industry (I am not saying this lightly as I have been through many remodels with many different companies (I am glad that I have found one to stock with). I couldn't be more happy and my neighbors are green with envy. Euro Design Build Remodel is like a hidden treasure waiting to be found. I hope to see more of their work in my neighborhood. Euro Design Build has gutted and remodeled two full bathrooms and one half bath for me, among other projects. The owner is meticulously devoted to detail, and has demonstrated an excellent ability to design to the client's taste rather than impose a "one size fits all" style to her work. I freely admit that I am a demanding client (though not unreasonably so), and I am not an "easy grader." For me to give Euro Design Build this rating is a true achievement by the company.

In our search for creativity and quality, we gathered information for several years from magazines, recommendations, Internet inquiries, etc., for a Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler (CKBR) that appeared to have a "talent" for creating an exceptional space. We found plenty that had lists of awards but mediocre displays of creative spaces. We found plenty that displayed the same picture of their work, year after year in magazines. We found ONE that consistency caught our attention. That remodeler was Melinda Dzininc from Euro Design/Build/Remodel. A picture can speak volumes, but experiencing the remodeling process for our Master Bathroom and Kitchen was the true test of a master. We started this process knowing only that we wanted an exceptional space that truly exemplified the Master Suite and Kitchen. For us, achieving an exceptional Master Bathroom and Kitchen would invoke a feeling of “WOW" each time we entered the space ! This "WOW" is a personal experience so it must be created for that family. A Remodeler has to be able to "feel" the heart and soul of the family living in the space before they can create that personal space. Melinda did this for us in so many ways..... First of all, when Melinda came to our home, she asked to see the whole house. By this gesture, she was able to see and learn about how we lived, the things we treasure, the sense of importance in our home and life. When we told her we wanted a WOW factor she had a better understanding of what that meant based upon our home. She LISTENED. Second came the design along with a design board of her recommendations of stone, wood finishes, tile wall designs, painting textures, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, etc. For the "visual" person, this presentation was a real and complete look into our new Master Bathroom and Kitchen. PROFESSIONALISM personified. When the work started, another pleasant surprise. Each and every craftsman (a term that is meaningful when Melinda does work in your home!) was punctual, courteous, respectful of our home, and always left our home as clean as they found it. There was never a "time clock" mentality but rather quality and pride in the job being done. We actually missed seeing everyone when the job was completed ! Remodeling your home is both a significant financial and personal venture. You perform due diligence in finding that creative designer, you hope that you form a partnership working together to achieve the dream result, you want to look back on the journey and feel you made the right decision. Melinda Dzinic created exceptional spaces for which we will be forever grateful. Our Master Bathroom and Kitchen were as special for her to complete as it was for us to enjoy. We have learned through this most pleasant experience that she is a rare designer that has the ability to put her heart and soul in every space she creates – she truly makes the world a better place.

Euro completed a comprehensive remodel to our 5500 sq. ft home increasing it to approximately 6200 sq. ft. They completed that work in 2012. We liked their work so much we hired them to remodel the only space we didn't remodel initially which is the master bath, bedroom and closets. They are currently completing that project. We could not be more pleased with the results. They are very professional and their current crew is the same crew that worked on our home last year - which is a good thing. We are very comfortable with the men who work inside our home. There have been no misunderstandings and the projects are completed on time. We can recommend this company without any hesitation. We are so proud of our home and as soon as the current project is finished we are having a big party to show it off.

My bathroom was an outdated disaster and I couldn't see through the orange tile, the over-sized shower and peeling wallpaper. However, Melinda came in with a vision and like the Fairy Godmother, turned my raggedy bathroom into a Cinderella-like space. In addition, the team at Euro has been a joy to work with. They're respectful, they come in and do their jobs in a professional manner. The work is top-notch and worth the time and money we put into the project. There's always a little uncertainty when hiring people to come into your home to perform any type of work but that was dashed within hours of meeting the team and seeing how they work. If you're looking to upgrade or completely go down to the studs and start over, I would highly recommend Euro Designs for the job.

Euro did several projects for me. My home was built in 1994 by a builder who cut corners and used inferior products. I’ve worked with Melinda, Seval and the Euro team several times over the last few years to correct the many problems this home happens to have. The Euro team does excellent work with both Melinda and Seval closely monitoring and supervising each project. I’ve found the Euro team to be very professional and trustworthy. They arrive on time and go straight to work. They appear much like a strong, proud family of ethical, committed individuals striving for perfection; performing each task with a strong attention to detail. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to Melinda for listening. She talks with you to discover exactly what you want, need, your budget requirements and what’s most important to you; then she does her magic. She creates beautiful designs, but believes as I do, that beauty without the function to meet your needs is worthless. This year, I asked Melinda to start at the stairway and then gut my entire upper floor consisting of a large sitting area, master bed, bath and closet. The vaulted ceilings were popcorn, nail pops and water stains. The bath area had cracked floor tiles in the shower, a leaky spa tub with no access panel and vinyl flooring cracking and peeling around the commode and baseboards. The wall texture was cracked and had fallen off in some areas. The sitting area had three massive windows that wouldn’t lock, had no required lintel support and allowed in dust and dirt. Around the window, the wall and ceil were also water damaged. Now the entire upstairs is breathtaking. All the inferior and substandard items replaced with quality products. Shabby and nonfunctioning replaced by a beautiful serene retreat. I couldn’t be more pleased. In addition to the upstairs, the pantry shelves had 12 vertical supports installed to correct sagging. The existing kitchen stove vent hood was removed and reinstalled after wood and screws were added to the under cabinet so the hood could be held in place correctly. Both the patio French doors and front entry door were replaced. The new doors are stunningly beautiful, greatly enhancing the look of both entries; but more importantly dramatically increased the safety and security of the house. I highly recommend Melinda, Seval and the entire Euro Design team. I will most definitely work with them again on any future projects.

When we started the interview process to hire a builder to construct our dream bathroom I was extremely disappointed in many of the companies we interviewed. Then we met with Euro Design and I knew right from our first meeting that you were the person and company we were looking for. That was back in 2007 (Tuscan Master Bath Photos). We have since remodeled most of our home using Euro exclusively. All four remaining bathrooms, living areas and office to name a few (Tuscan Living Spaces Photos). Most recently we had Euro replace our builder grade windows with high efficiency Marvin Windows. As usually this was no small undertaking as the new windows never quite fit the same as the old windows. But Seval and his crew never cease to amaze on how they make it look so simple! The new windows turned out perfect not to mention they had to tear out and replace sheet-rock, rework the wall texture and match the existing finish on the walls. During this process we also had them replace our old canned ceiling lights with high efficient LED canned lighting along with changing to the Lutron Caseta light switches that allows me to control my lighting anywhere I have service on my iPhone. I am asked many times why I chose Euro Design. I believe a company gets its drive, focus and energy from the top. Melinda is that creative force that drives Euro Design to the success that it is today. She gave me the ability to inject my thoughts, ideas and opinions throughout the entire process. Their professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to me. Creative, thoughtful, trusting, and genuine are just a few words I would use to describe their company along with being a good listener. Melinda and her staff always made me feel like I was the one and only client even though I knew you had many things going on.

Before I tell you about our Euro experience, let me first say that generally I am a pessimist and I have never actually gone to the trouble of writing a review on-line. With that said, I think you are lucky to have EURO work on your project. Our first encounter with Euro was on a home tour where several of their clients opened up their homes to complete strangers to show off Euro’s work 1st hand. Fast forward to a leak in our master bathroom. We didn't think we could afford Euro and after a long process of trying to find the best & most economical contractor, we finally decided to put our trust in Euro. We are SO VERY glad we did. Melinda’s attention to detail and eye for design is unmatched. After only speaking with us a few times she was able to design such a beautiful space within our budget with very little input from us. It is like she got inside our head. We walked in to talk about the project and she had the entire bathroom laid out including the actual tiles in the design pattern. It was no nice to see exactly what the room would look like. It’s very important to her that you are going to enjoy living in the space for years to come. During the construction they took great care to make sure that our space was kept clean. They were always on time, professional, trustworthy, and friendly. We never once felt uncomfortable leaving while they were in our home. They do not cut corners, they will be honest with you about what’s going on and what your options are. In addition, they helped us navigate the claim with our insurance company to get more money than we would have. They met the adjuster & his manager in our home to show them the extent of the damage. We could not have done this alone. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor and can only hope that you are fortunate enough to work with Euro. We will never use anyone else for any project no matter how large or how small. It is worth every penny spent!
