We hired Europa Builders after we had over two feet of flooding inside our house during Harvey and were forced to strip our downstairs down to the studs and foundation. Mike Talty finished our home in less than three months. I did not observe any other homes in our highly affected neighborhood renovated so quickly. We have remodeled multiple homes and Mike’s team was by far, hands down the best contractor we have ever used from quality, respect, responsiveness, and scheduling. We started with a solid contract that was clear and thorough. He treated his crews with respect and in turn they were on schedule and very polite. I do not believe there was a day where we did not have his crews working to get us home. Mike was highly responsive by text or phone whenever we had a question or concern and never seemed irritated by the inquiries. We highly recommend Europa Builders!

Eurpoa Builders did a spectacular job on the remodeling of my bathroom and fireplace. The result is beautiful. My remodling was planned before Hurricane Harvey hit so they had to fit me in and work around scheduling issues. The project was done on time regardless. The owner, Mike Talty, was in constant communication, offered good suggestions and kept me from making a few mistakes on color. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were lucky enough to find Europa Builders/Mike Talty through Houzz.com. Mike handled an extensive remodel for us, including two bathrooms, refinished wood floors, refinished cabinetry, interior painting, wallpaper, landscaping/landscape lighting, new windows/doors, and more. Most of the work on the project was done while we were living in another city and needed to be completed by our move-in date, which presented unique challenges. However, Mike worked with us remotely and was available at all times, whether by phone, e-mail, or text, to answer any questions. He appreciated the importance of getting the work done quickly given our impending move, gave us regular status updates, and kept to the schedule he promised. Mike is the ultimate professional-- thorough, detail-oriented, reliable, respectful, and goes the extra mile to get the job done and make his clients happy. We used Europa Builders to renovate our new house in Bellaire before we moved in. The scope of the project kept ramping up but Mike was able to facilitate the renovation within a reasonable time frame. His estimate stayed in line with what the overall project cost - any overruns were due to me adding to the scope. All in all his team did a beautiful job and I would not hesitate to use Europa Builders again! Mike was reachable and often times answers within one ring which is highly appreciated. He was also able to transform our vision into reality with limited guidance. We had him gut the kitchen/tear down a wall, build custom cabinets/reconfigure kitchen, demo and reconstruct a bathroom, install new light fixtures, reface the fireplace, replace carpeting, replace ballisters, and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff. I attached a before and after picture of the kitchen which was the biggest transformation. Our realtor recommended him and we truly lucked out. We appreciate the work done by Mike and his team at Europa Builders!

My husband and I hired Europa Builders to construct our outdoor kitchen. Mike arrived promptly to first meeting with subs so we could go over all details we wanted incorporated into our project. He prepared our bid quickly and precisely. His subs were easy to work with and eager to please. Mike consistently communicated with me about every step going on in the project and was very open to discussing any and all of our concerns. I am an interior decorator and I always give new contractors a test run at my home before I refer them to a client. I will definitely be referring Mike to my clients. We love our new kitchen!

Europa Builders updated my recently purchased house with new wood flooring, granite counter tops, painting and a number of other updates and repairs and they were excellent. I hired Europa Builders to remodel a home we recently purchased. They were a one stop shop and were able to take care of everything that we needed. They completely gutted my kitchen as well as the master bathroom. They repainted the entire interior of the house and had to refinish 800 sf of hardwoods. Everything turned out great in my opinion. Mike was very easy to deal with and always available to discuss different ideas that we had. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family for work in the future.
