I would 100 percent recommend Falcon Developement for your next remodeling project. Jeff and his team are professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and most importantly, they did a 5 star job on our master bathroom remodel! Jeff uses the co-construct app that has every detail of your project and you can communicate with him through that app or via text with a quick response from him. We will definitely call Falcon Developement when we are ready for our next project!

Master bath renovation. We cannot sufficiently express our satisfaction with Falcon Development. They stepped in where someone had left us hanging for months. We were provided with honest and straight forward answers and guidance during the entire project. The company took all responsibility off our shoulders and kept us very well informed. Work was completed as promised and if there were any delays we were promptly informed and also provided with alternatives if so chose. The work crews were always on time, with excellent knowledge and skill, polite and tidy. If any issues were noted by us, they were always promptly corrected. Jeff and his team are very professional. We were always in communication to let me know if something was going to be delayed or when someone was going to show up to work. His team left my house in great condition after their work was completed for the day. Jeff and his team were great with me when I wanted to make changes. Jeff and Tom were fantastic! I can't say enough positive things about our renovation project with Falcon Development. We have had some very bad renovation projects in the past, but this renovation was the total opposite. We loved the fact that every facet of the renovation was spelled out and communicated with us in writing before any of the work was done. They were easy to communicate with throughout the entire project. Any time we had a question, they took the time to answer it to our satisfaction and make sure we were happy. Jeff King and his crew recently completed a small guest cottage on our Maryville property. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. Jeff's communication skills are excellent and he is readily available for questions, messages, etc. and always quick to respond. Every detail of the project was overseen by Jeff and his staff, and they were very creative in making use of the limited space in this cottage. The project also stayed within budget and everyone worked together to get a quality job done at a reasonable cost. I will be using Falcon again for my next project.

Our project consisted of a 20x20 living room addition to tie into the existing home by creating a new vaulted ceiling to match the vaulted ceiling in the addition, a large elevated deck & new walls in the existing home. Once we met with Jeff King with Falcon Development along with his Foreman, Tom Smith, it was clear Falcon Development was the right fit for our project. Throughout the duration of the project, Jeff stayed in constant contact regarding schedules and progress. Tom oversaw the subcontractors and was onsite nearly everyday while work was being done. I have never met anyone with a greater attention to detail than Tom. Tom made sure every last detail was to his level of satisfaction which far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. Jeff, Tom and the whole Falcon Team was excellent, professional and took great care to ensure our satisfaction for every facet of the project. We were so pleased with Jeff and his team that we had several change orders for additional work.

Falcon Development completed construction on a new roof covered screened in deck. This company should be rated 4 stars +. Superb workmanship and completion of the project as promised.

From start to finish Jeff was amazing. We got several estimates from other companies and Jeff was the only guy that found important damage and told us about it. Other companies missed it or we're going to tell us about it while fixing the roof and hit us with more costs after an estimate was already agreed upon. Jeff was upfront about everything and his subcontractors were great too. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this company. From start to finish the communication, professionalism and design was superb! We needed a home office and didn't have any other direction than that. Falcon Development came up with the design and color scheme all while staying within our budget and the final product is definitely the show piece room in our house. Jeff was very accessible and his team made us feel very comfortable during the process which was key since most of the time we were not home when the work was being done.

Jeff did a great job finishing my porch and adding gutters. I explained that I wanted to protect my wooden porch from being damaged by rain and weather. He explained a few options using different materials to hang the gutters. He explained the benefit of using certain products over others in order to protect the integrity of the wood. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Jeff and his workers also showed up and finished their work within the timeline they gave me. I would highly recommend him and use him for future projects.

The decking on my porch needed replacement, so I started calling around to companies and those that would come out all had different ideas on what I should get. When Falcon(Jeff) came out, he gave me the pros and cons of each type of material and let make the decision. His pricing was within our budget. His crew came every day and worked till the end of a normal work day. They did a beautiful job. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to hire Jeff and his crew again....

Jeff assisted us in the renovation of our condominium. He coordinated the vendors that we used for new flooring and countertops. He also helped us purchase new stainless steel appliances. He was always available when we had questions. He also completed the projects in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciate all his help.
