F & S did upgrades to our kitchen and master bath and they did a super job. Things were done professionally from the very first contact right through the end on the project. Deep, the project manager, kept everything on track, on time, and on budget. His communication was excellent, and he was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Among the positive attributes for F & S - 1. Organization 2. They show up when they say the will. 3. Diligent in taking care of existing carpet, walls, fixtures, etc. 4. Communication 5. Very helpful suggestions as to design and layout 6. Cleanup My experiences with other contractors included some, but not all of these attributes. You can bet F & S will do future projects for us!

I hired F&S Building Innovations for my kitchen renovation at Smith Mountain Lake. I hired them because I wanted a family owned local business with great reviews. They did not disappoint. Alicia, Jessie and Deep were extremely responsive to all my emails and texts. They were an absolute joy to work with in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, providing solutions and keeping me informed about progress and budget. Our house is a log cabin which created special issues to work around for electrical, back splash, lighting etc. Alicia and Jessie were a great resource for design and ideas and Deep made sure it happened. My kitchen is finished and I love it - it's a game changer! I would highly recommend F&S for any construction needs.

F & S Building Innovations recently updated our deck and sunroom with trex decking materials and did a beautiful job. Everyone who worked on our house took pride in there work, and really cared about the finished product. I highly recommend F & S for all your construction needs.
