Chris Chandler Fantasy Stone &Tile did an amazing job with my kitchen. Bret came up with a great plan on the layout. We implemented his suggestions. He was on time and communication was great. Couldn't be happier with the final results. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again Bret!

Mike Deverell

The work began OK on what was to be a 7 day project. However the work schedule was erratic and often started late in the day. On what Fantasy(Bret Karakey) said would be final day he left without completing the project. For the next 10 weeks the project remained incomplete with many and varied excuses as to why not. He returned yesterday and said he completed. I arrived today and the project is not complete. I have asked Fantasy to not return. I will find an alternate way to complete the project. The initial work was of good quality. The finishing work was not.

Hi Mike. I’ve apologized profusely for the personal issues that had arisen during the course of your project. The fact that it effected the outcome weighs heavily on me. I had never said it was completed. On that last day that I was finally able to make it out I worked until well Into the night and simply ran out of time. I did email you requesting one additional day mostly for a detailed cleanup after touching up a few areas I was unsatisfied with. I did include photos as well. It was the next morning when I was getting ready to go out there that I received your message to not come. That I didn’t complete it on that last day and you would find someone else to finish the project. I thought of coming to finish it despite that however I did not want to cause any more turmoil in regards to your project. I understand your frustrations and definitely had my own as well. Since this has happened I’ve set new expectations and guidelines for myself as well as my employees and if there is anything I can do further in regards to the project to reach what you deem as a satisfactory conclusion, please just let me know. You have my info.

What a GREAT experience we had working with Bret! He was punctual, professional and the most thorough of ANY of the roofing companies we had received quotes from. While everyone else told us we needed to re-shingle the area, Bret said that our roof still had years of service to offer and only needed a simple repair as a result of the way our new air conditioner had been installed last summer. He also identified a few issues inside of our roof that no one else noticed and told us those were simple repairs. Obviously, he got our business and we could not be happier! We also learned that his talents go far beyond roofing projects and that means we can turn to him for many of the creative projects we're considering for the future. We would not hesitate to recommend him!
