Selected FHH on a personal reference and was very happy we did. From start to finish, Jason and Fred were very professional and accommodating. Starting with their process to design a floor-plan from scratch before needing to involve architects an engineers, we got to build the house WE wanted. Throughout the entire process, they helped us to make smart decisions that were in line with our budget, and helping us to consider things we would not have otherwise without their guidance. Although we did have a few minor issues and delays, they communicated EXTREMELY well with us to help us understand the why's, when's and how's around what was going on. At the end of it all we got a beautiful and well-crafted home.

We hired Ferran-Hardie Homes to build our home, which was completed in March of 2014. From design through construction, Jason and Fred were accommodating and excellent to work with. Any change order and/or issues (very few and minor) which arose during the construction process were handled professionally and expediently. Also, we've been more than pleased with the response of FHH and its subs to the minor warranty issues we've had come up following construction. It is clear that Jason and Fred care about their clients and the homes they build.

Ferran Hardie built my home in 2011. They delivered the house on budget and very close to the estimated time frame. They worked with us on several minor changes we made during the construction process. Because of their desire to satisfy us as their customer and through their relationships with their vendors, the changes were made at minimal to no additional out of pocket cost to us. We are completely satisfied with the beautiful home they built for us and we highly recommend them for any residential construction project.
