About Us

I started my career as an interior trim carpenter in 1986. In 1998 I expanded to custom home builds, working for ten years during which time I finished many basements. From 2008 to today, I have been focusing on Finishing basements, I have over 32 years experience as a contractor, and I am insured and bonded for work in central Ohio.

Excellent work from start to finish. High-quality workmanship and materials at a very reasonable price. Great communication and attention to detail. They completed the job quickly with minimal disruption to our daily lives. I would definitely hire them again.

I have used Todd and team to finish basements in three homes over the past several years. The process has been seamless and permitted, and stress-free. The work was exceptional and I would recommend this company to everyone. In my current house, we finished over 1,000sq ft including adding a family room, full bathroom, two permitted bedrooms with egress windows and wet bar area. I have received tons of compliments on the finishes and best of all the work was done at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I am incredibly pleased with my finished basement and the process from start to finish. Todd and his crew listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions, and delivered on the end product.
