We had Chad and his team do our main floor and kitchen renovation complete with removing walls to create a more open concept space and installing new floors. Chad was professional, committed to delivering our vision, provided frequent updates and was very easy to communicate with during all steps of the project. In the planning phase, Chad took time to develop clear and realistic timelines as well as a thorough and detailed budge. His commitment to planning up front meant that there were no surprises and he delivered on time and on budget. During the renovation, Chad always consulted us on decision points, demonstrated creative problem solving and consistently provided us with options he had considered as well as his recommendation. Chad's expertise and commitment to quality work was apparent throughout the project. The time and effort both he and his team put into every aspect demonstrated their client service focus as well as the pride they have in their work. We were so pleased with Chad's work that we are having him return to do renovations on multiple bathrooms and laundry room.

We hired FMG to renovate our 20 year old kitchen. This renovation included the taking down of a wall and new hardwood and tile flooring throughout much of the main floor. Chad and his team were extremely professional; skilled, hardworking and great communicators. Living through a renovation can be challenging but FMG worked hard to make the process a positive one. The workman showed up on time, left the site clean and completed the job in a timely manner. We had a vision for the new kitchen and FMG was able to produce that for us.

We hired FMG to renovate our main floor powder room. Not a large job but one we had had difficulty finding someone to do. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Chad and his team. From the meeting for the quote to the execution of the job, everything was done extremely professionally, promptly, and with effective communication. The project was completed within a realistic time frame and with budget which was modified as we went through the process. Back in the spring, my wife and I decided it was finally time to take a big step and finally renovate our kitchen. We had had an idea of what we wanted but we definitely needed an expert's opinion. We contacted a few contractors but we decided to use FMG. Chad came over and discussed what we want. He had so many ideas that we had never thought of and was mindful of our budget. Once the work began, we found that his crew was always on time and the work top notch. Chad is a perfectionist and even fixed minor flaws that were barely noticeable. Example, after the tiles were all installed, Chad came the next day for a quick inspection and noticed the chip. The tile was immediately replace without us asking. He also kept us in the loop as the work was being done. He never assume, so he would call before continuing if he was unsure about any issues. He took care of everything and made sure the suppliers delivered the material and appliances on time. In the end the work was done exactly in the time frame he had said and we paid what was quote in our contract. Finally, I will use FMG again as we are not done with renovations. I highly recommend FMG to anyone who need work done no matter how big a job is, Chad and his crew were simply amazing!!!

I worked with Chad and his team on an interior design project. The scope was framing out a fireplace and finishing a basement in our clients' new home. I can't say enough great things about Chad and his crew. Amidst an extremely busy season he took on our project and allocated time for us in order for the project to be completed on schedule. FMG completed a master bath renovation and modernization in March of this year. I received a realistic appraisal of the total cost of this renovation which aligned with my budget ($11,000.) I received guidance in my selection of items for the bathroom and was given a comprehensive explanation if my choice was considered unwise. I was kept informed of all changes or modifications. FMG Contracting consists of a team of skilled, knowledgeable individuals who strive for perfection in their work. They are exemplary!

Review of Future Management (FMG) London, Ontario We were introduced to FMG and Chad McKone by Kory MacDonald who performed our real estate pre-purchase home inspection. As non-resident owners living out of town we first met Chad in July 2015 on our first post purchase visit. Prior to our arrival I had FMG do some updates to electric and plumbing in the kitchen. Chad had the work completed before our arrival. Chad prepared preliminary design for approximately 1200 square foot build out of our unfinished basement. I met Chad a second time in August to fine tune our plans and budget. Work began at the property in early October 13 and by October 21 when I arrived in London much of the framing was finished. We made some minor modifications and adjustments and made some finish, tile, accessory decisions. Work continued in November and December and I returned to London in January when work was substantially complete. We added a great room, enclosed utility space, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small workshop. Work included framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, tiling, and paint. Start to finish excellent work by all trades. We could not be happier with the results and the efforts FMG made to complete our buildout on time and on budget. Chad's assistance on tricky design issues was really helpful and as non-residents his frequent communication made it easy to achieve our goal without worry.
