Used Franchi Construction multiple times. Previously had a basement remodel consisting of an Egress window, plumbing, electrical, dry walling and floor tiling. All work was completed as discussed and were very pleased with quality. Most recently had some exterior doors and siding done. Once again, great work. Also other family member is discussing with Franchi some repairs needed to their home. First on my list for any type of home upgrades.

After suffering from a house fire in our two-flat, we hired Franchi Construction. They converted our two-flat into a single family home that required a complete gut job of two levels. Due to all the damage, entirely new plumbing/electrical/heating/a/c systems were not only implemented but passed all City of Chicago building codes on their first and subsequent inspections. Franchi Construction handled the entire job in a professional and friendly manner and worked well with City of Chicago Inspectors as well as our architect and general suppliers. They were always on time, answered all phone calls, any questions, and kept the work areas clean on a daily basis. We have hired them again for other jobs in the past few years.

Excellent job. You hear stories of the complete opposite in this field, lazy, shoddy workmanship, cutting corners, etc.. well this was none of these things, quite the contrary. The attention to detail, almost to the point of perfection. For a jack of all trades type of company that can do it all, they appear to us as a master of all.
