Franchi's Construction did an awesome job on a total remodel of our 60 year old bathroom, taking it all the way down to the studs. They paid a lot of attention to detail throughout the remodel. Frank and his employees were very courteous and they finished the project in a timely manner. I used many of their recommendations. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. Frank and his team replaced drywall and trim that was damaged after summer storm. They also prepped and painted our entire basement and garage. They were on time for work each day and did an excellent job.

Lump Roland

Used Franchi Construction multiple times. Previously had a basement remodel consisting of an Egress window, plumbing, electrical, dry walling and floor tiling. All work was completed as discussed and were very pleased with quality. Most recently had some exterior doors and siding done. Once again, great work. Also other family member is discussing with Franchi some repairs needed to their home. First on my list for any type of home upgrades.

Great experience. First time I have worked with a builder who I'm still talking to after the project. Came in on budget came in on time. Cleaned up every day when they were finished. Made recommendations that were insightful and budget minded as well as more functional and of better quality. I would highly recommend Franchi Construction to anyone anytime. Frank was able to identity a problem that others were unable to identity. His response was prompt & professional. His employees were courteous and respectful of my home (covered all furnishings, etc). I’m very pleased with their workmanship. I plan on hiring Franchi Construction in the future.

I hired Franchi’s Construction for a complete rehab and to add a 2nd floor to our house. Frank and his crew were professional, polite and very talented. The project came in on budget and finished on time. The house was the talk of the neighborhood. Several neighbors hired Frank to do projects for them. I have recommend Franchi’s construction to several close friends and he has not disappointed any of them! I highly recommend Franchi’s construction for their workmanship and their ability to get the job done on time and on budget

Franchi Construction has helped us out with many projects over the years, from replacing a roof and siding to building a deck. The team can also lay tile beautifully! I would recommend Franchi Construction to anyone who has large home improvement projects or something small like a honey-do list.

After suffering from a house fire in our two-flat, we hired Franchi Construction. They converted our two-flat into a single family home that required a complete gut job of two levels. Due to all the damage, entirely new plumbing/electrical/heating/a/c systems were not only implemented but passed all City of Chicago building codes on their first and subsequent inspections. Franchi Construction handled the entire job in a professional and friendly manner and worked well with City of Chicago Inspectors as well as our architect and general suppliers. They were always on time, answered all phone calls, any questions, and kept the work areas clean on a daily basis. We have hired them again for other jobs in the past few years.

Excellent job. You hear stories of the complete opposite in this field, lazy, shoddy workmanship, cutting corners, etc.. well this was none of these things, quite the contrary. The attention to detail, almost to the point of perfection. For a jack of all trades type of company that can do it all, they appear to us as a master of all.
