GL Olson just completed a rebuild of a 90 plus year old cottage for us on Lake Chautauqua, NY. We could not be any happier with the finished product and the great people they employ. They worked closely with us before, during and after the build, to ensure everything was perfect. They were also very flexible in working with us as we wanted to complete the finish work ourselves, so it took additional coordination regarding builder and owner responsibilities. The quality of our new home is superb, the staff (from management to office staff to foreman and crew) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also bid the project at a very reasonable rate that was significantly lower than the other companies we considered. Highly recommend them for any construction project you might be considering.
