In March 2015 we took possession of our custom home built by G&E. They were recommended to us by a friend, and we were immediately impressed with the warm and friendliness of the staff and the openness of their pricing. Throughout the process we appreciated the knowledge and expertise of their team and how they assisted us in weighing the pros and cons of various upgrades allowing us to maximize value while staying on budget. We were also impressed with the skill and dedication of their various subcontractors. All of them were true craftsmen and committed to getting the job done right. No building process is ever perfectly smooth, however we were pleased with the regular communication and the speed at which all our concerns were addressed. We would highly recommend G&E Homes to anyone looking to build, and are thrilled with our forever home!

We hired G&E Homes to build our custom home beginning Summer of 2011 and it was completed in April of 2012. Building a home is by no means a stress-free process, but we were very happy working with G&E. Our sales person was excellent and offered a lot of helpful tips and suggestions. When visiting their office he made sure to introduce us to the G&E staff including the owners. Making changes or additions was a relatively easy process and upgrades were always priced fairly. G&E gave us a timeline of 5-8 months and our home was completed in 7 months, After we moved in, our concerns were addressed in a timely fashion until the house met our expectations. We have lived in our home for 3 years without any serious problems. Our home is very well-built and we have recommended G&E to friends.
