Gary made a solid old-fashioned job of building living quarters in our garage. He keeps to his schedule and to the contract. I have enjoyed working with him and his cohort. I am delighted with the results. Only thing I'd say is to make sure that you ask him to check in with you before he puts in the various items or he will do what he thinks will work and tell you afterwards. I feel fortunate to have found Gary. He is professional and hardworking, and did a wonderful job transforming my kitchen, baths, and living space. Gary understood my hard budget limits and was able to do more work than others would even bid. Gary also helped with fixing and reconstructing plumbing, electrical, and structural issues that were overdue.

Hired Gary Melchi to redo a wall. He has continued to impress us. From revamping our porch. Found he also had great ideas in building a laundry room, and remodeling our kitchen. Nice selection of cabinets and cupboards to choose from, without leaving our home. He gave us ideas on how many we needed. When our cabinets were delivered he was there helping put them in place. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help us.

Gary Melchi of Gary L. Melchi, Inc. remodeled our very tired tract home kitchen last fall transforming it into a wonderful country kitchen that we are proud to entertain in. From the beginning Gary helped us with our design ideas (plus added a few of his own) and assisted us with the selection of top of the line cabinets, beautiful granite counter tops and special flooring. Once the cabinets arrived Gary and his assistant carefully removed all of the old cabinets and appliances and just as efficiently installed the new ones. The granite and flooring companies were already scheduled to come right in next. My husband Carl and I were thrilled at how quickly the whole remodel was completed. We would absolutely recommend Gary Melchi for any remodel job!

Gary lead our mudroom renovation including tearing out a closet, replacing it with built in pantries, cabinets and a five person cubby system. He also built a bench, coordinated new floors and did a sink installation. We had a general idea of what we wanted to do but he brought it to life. He made sure we were happy every step of the way, correcting little imperfections when we were picky about a warped cabinet door and a scratch in the floor (from the sub contracted installers). It took a little longer than we had planned but that’s because he does most the work himself and we were waiting on some pieces. Would recommend.

I like to get my hands dirty and what transpired on this Master suite and bath total renovation was remarkable. Gary installed our new kitchen cabinets. He was on time, reliable, and quickly got the work done. He listened to our feedback and adjusted. He was competent and installed the cabinets very well. Several months later and we've had no worries about his work.

I had a complete bathroom remodel, including removing a bathtub, replacing it with a stand up shower with floor to ceiling tile. Added a second sink, taller vanity, and a heated floor.
