Gleicher Associates and Bert, the owner, are amazing! Not only do we love the home that they have built for us, but Bert's responsiveness whenever we have a question in regards to our home is prompt, informative, and helpful. His team of workers are extraordinarily thorough, polite, and easy to work with. We couldn't recommend him and his teams services more highly!

Bert and his team completed a major remodel of our house in Santa Monica with almost no issues after the project had completed. We tasked him with a complex architectural remodel and the result is really beautiful. His team was extremely responsive to the few small issues that arise after any project and were attended to very quickly. Bert is delightful to deal with and is a very competent contractor with excellent staff. I would definitely complete another project with him.

In our case, we stayed on budget and met our deadline. Bert and his team were always accessible, patient, reliable, prompt and detail oriented. On top of that, Bert is a lovely, trustworthy and kind man. The quality of the work is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful two-story guest house (which includes two gorgeous bathrooms and the most beautiful built-in cabinets I have ever seen), new driveway, patio, and outdoor space. Bert transformed our least favorite part of the house and property into our favorite. We know it’s crazy, but part of us is sad the project is over because we miss seeing the guys every day.
