Graf Developments did an almost complete house remodel including two new heating/AC systems, major foundation repair and house leveling of a poorly done previous remodel, a complete high-end kitchen upgrade, raising a sunken living area to be level with rest of house, complete exterior painting, hardy siding installation, two new windows, all interior doors and two exterior doors, brick fence repair, interior house painting and removal of all wood paneling. Job well organized and continuous steady work to complete on time and on budget even with a couple late additions to original work scope. All work City of Dallas Code compliant and inspected including new electrical panel and several new supply circuits. Very happy with end result and recommend company as easy to work with, good communication, and honesty with no money surprises.

Bruce and his team did some renovations in our living area, stairs, bar and kitchen. They are extremely professional and skilled. We could not be happier with the work completed and will be using them for another larger project in the future.

Graf developments came to my rescue when a less than professional builder flaked on my bathroom re-do! Bruce Graf returned my call within hours and had the job in progress in less than a week! We added a spa bathtub with carerra marble surround and subway tile base that had to exactly match the exsisting same materials used on my vanity and walk-in shower! His eye for color and detail were amazing and perfectly accurate! He started and completed the job on a quick turnaround-so rare these days! A great and personal guy with good design sense! Bruce and his staff updated 4 bathrooms (including all new plumbing, countertops, lighting, flooring, shower walls tiled and shower doors), reconfigured the master bath, installed pocket doors, painted our entire house, installed ceiling fans and carpeting. Bruce, his direct employees and all sub-contractors were professional, friendly and quality of their work was excellent. Graf Developments did the work involved in bringing our master bathrooms into the twenty-first century. We could not have been more impressed with the work they did (they make gorgeous custom cabinets!), and we also found them to be first-class people: friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. They met all deadlines and kept things within budget They also chose sub-contractors who reflected their high standards and values and oversaw their work carefully.
