I had Amal come out to give a quote on an entire basement bathroom remodel mid-November 2019. She was extremely friendly and helpful, so my fiance and I were hopeful and were planning on hiring her and her company for our renovation. Fast forward SIX MONTHS later and here we are. She applied for the building permit with the City of Milwaukee right after NYE (Jan 3, 2020) after creating blueprints. Apparently they were (and still are) awaiting her HICL Permit (Home Improvement Contractors Licence). After NUMEROUS back and forth emails of me inquiring what the hold-up was, she stated that "this has never happened before with other cities" and that she was just awaiting a background check and she had sent everything she needed to the city. I called the city myself and they indeed told me all they needed from her was her HICL and we would be good to go and stated she was not aware of any background check? Amal stated on Jan 14th that she was still awaiting the results of a background check (??) from the city and should hear back from them that week. Fast forward to Feb 20 when I haven't heard from her since. She stated "The background check is for the Home Improvement License. Apparently, the city of Milwaukee requires this license aside from the General Contractor License. Of all the permits I have pulled for neighboring cities, this one has taken the longest time. I'm very sorry for the delay and greatly appreciate your patience. I did call today to check on the status and we are still waiting for the background check to come back." The last I heard from her was on March 5th stating that she was STILL waiting for the background check for this license, but said she was planning on stopping by their office in person the next day. I highly doubt that as I haven't heard from her since and it is now April 22, as I have never known any background check to take four months. I would not recommend working with this company. They looked fairly new according to their Facebook and I was willing to give them a fair chance but was deeply disappointed.

This company is a joke. I found them on Houzz and it’s a group of three people, two related and their friend. I called them to possibly give an uplift to our small hotel project. In the beginning, they seemed organize and well known to the basic maintenance concept. Then you see them running around to buy tools and juggling time to work. Little did I know, they all three had their own different careers and had this remodeling job as side career. Now problem with that is, finishing of the job is a joke. Tommy claims to be professional head person to install while his sister is the bookkeeper. And other guy innocent who is such nice honest person but ruled around by Tommy the remodeling guy. Well. Come look at my property 3001 west Wisconsin ave Milwaukee Wisconsin. They put moulding up on our canopy with adhesive/? Wind blew it off?!! Then look at lights sconces on pillars. Painted gold but Tommy sprayed them in the dark quickly in a matter of less then ten mins 12 lights. Really bad job. Not only billed me for almost $2200. That must be a joke. Pricing was a joke. Do not call them. Look at one review is their own Ali guy. They wasted my material and time and embarrassing. They need to stay at their jobs. Oh anyways they will give you their job schedules first then tell you when things can be done. No steady work. One moulding up on a Monday. Expect next one two weeks later. Scandalist. No good.

This company was honestly very professional in every way. Their work was outstanding and they are very detailed oriented. Their attention to detail was amazing and the results of their work is amazing. Will definitely use them for all my remodeling needs!
