Great American Homes

I hired Great American Homes in October 2018 to tear out and install tiles floors, kitchen back splash and replace baseboards. They send one worker to take on this project. This project was estimated to take under two weeks. Long story short, it’s December 2020 and still there is several things that need to be completed and/or repaired. My calls and text messages weren’t returned for weeks! Yes, weeks! Customer service is absolutely the worst it can possibly be. I’ve had them send several different people to complete repairs for the work the first guy didn’t complete or did incorrectly months back.This whole experience has been a complete nightmare to say the least. I’ve even had to pay for materials a second time for repairs that had to be done throughout this process. I was so done dealing with this nightmare for over two years with still several repairs needed! I cut my losses and asked Great American Homes to reimburse me for the materials they should’ve paid for to begin with and I would figure out the remaining repairs myself. If you hire this company you’ll regret it!

Great group of people, great crew...they work hard to bring your ideas and renovation dreams to life! We are so happy with our renovations done by Great American Homes! They remodeled our master bathroom, took it down to the bare walls, enlarged and updated/upgraded our shower with new tiling that extends also around the jacuzzi tub, frameless shower door, built custom cabinets/granite countertops, new sinks and faucets and framed mirrors...and lots of little design extras that I wanted. They refreshed our kitchen cabinet paint, and installed new soft close cabinet doors and drawers, added more storage in the kitchen, and built a new reconfigured island to replace our old outdated one. They also updated our guest bathroom with a custom built cabinet, and new sink and faucet. We are thrilled with our updates and upgrades. Looking forward to Phase 2 in 2020 with GAH....of our continued updates to our house.

Great American Homes did a great job in helping us restore our home after Hurricane and the flood that flooded our home. They gave us a fair price and were sensitive to our needs and circumstance. The quality of their work was also excellent.

We are extremely pleased with the work done on our house. They did a lot of little extras for us and always willing to help on the projects we undertook for ourselves Our house was flooded and after seeing some of the workmanship by other contractors my neighbors had, I can truthfully say our workmanship was top quality.
