I was anxious about doing a renovation but am so very happy I chose Green Renovation Group. The process was seamless. Marina was helpful as the designer. David was exceptional as project manager. He is detail oriented and follows through on all aspects of the process of my kitchen remodel. Great teams of workers. Completed in timely manner with minimal inconvenience.

Love our completely remodeled backyard. The team at Green Renovation Group gave us royalty treatment and completely re-did our backyard professionally and beautifully. This renovation increased the value of our house tremendously and made it the perfect place to host our friends and family. I had a very specific vision for the renovations and the team executed it perfectly!

David and Sean are the best contractors I’ve worked with. They did a master suit addition, that turn out so pretty! Not only were they in budget, but they stuck to their schedule. I would recommend using them to anything you need in your home.

We asked Peter to finish our kitchen remodel just before the holiday season. We wanted to show it to all of our kids and grandchildren. Peter and the team finished it just on time. The service and punctuality were incredibly well. Everything was well communicated and they helped us a lot with the finish material selection. Their in home designer did our 3D design and it helped us so much to understand how it will look like and to decide what we want. The process was easy, they always kept everything clean. I had an incredible experience working with David and Green Renovation Group. They remodeled my kitchen and ADU + a small addition project, Marina, their in house designer is amazing. She's so detailed and professional. She brought to our attention a lot of small details that we haven't thought about so we're definitely glad that she was part of it too. and the final result came out amazing. They were extremely professional and were able to work and accommodate my needs while working during hours that worked for me. Adequate: the workers Green Renovation Group hired to do the remodel of our home. Reactive: the employees of Green Reno. They didn't have a plan for how things should be done to enable other jobs to progress but had crews make repeated corrections so that the next step could be started. Green Reno is a scheduling house for the crews and we had to provide the information about the work to be done to the crews that arrived at our house. The owner of Green Reno does not hold his own contractor's license. The holder of their license also holds the licenses of several other companies. The project managers need to rely on their subcontractors to know building codes (as they don't) and the person who does know the codes well enough to pass the certification test, never saw the project. Some issues: Master Bathroom: Wall vanity was not installed square and after adjustments still rubs the wall hard enough to remove paint. The slider door rubbed a groove in the wall above the door. *owner repaired Kitchen: Beam installed to replace a load-bearing wall was cut off and old beam that extended out of the back of the house was left attached to only the roof. New kitchen vent was installed to vent into the opening between beams of the ceiling and not to the outside. *Owner had to climb up on the roof to verify the wrong installation of the vent. Gap between kitchen beam and ceiling has cracks, ripples and bumps. Flooring: new (click vinyl) has gaps in multiple rooms
