Greystone recently completed an extensive renovation on our 1990's house and we are thrilled with the result. Ed was very honest, upfront and kind during the whole process. He paid great attention to all the details and often raised considerations that we would never have thought of. He worked really well with our designer and was open to input. His trades people were very reliable and easy to work with as well. At the end of the project, he came by several times to follow up on loose ends and ensure that the appropriate trade person came by and completed the work to the satisfaction of the both of us. A complete kitchen and adjacent family room renovation in a 25 year old home. This included removal of a wood burning fireplace, sunshine ceiling, and some flooring, as well as the installation of a new fireplace, a new flat ceiling, cabinetry, mouldings and an island. Duration: September 3, 2013- December 16, 2013 While any renovation may be stressful, employing Ed Kasper eased our concerns whether from his daily 6 am emails to offering different solutions at various price points during the planning stages and including a descriptive, detailed accounting of all materials and labor required for our project. He thoroughly discussed and detailed the design and schedule of our remodel. Ed remained on budget with no surprise additional costs. During the final stages of our renovation,Ed inspected all details of our project and immediately corrected any small flaws that were discovered.
