I invited Griggs over to quote a job and was very surprised by his truthfulness and desire to help. I told him I'm a DIY for small jobs and he actually told me he thought I could do the work and proceeded to explain step by step how to do it! I have never dealt with a contractor so honest. He also gave me a rough quote on the spot for his men to do it. I was blown away by his honesty and desire to help.

Griggs was wonderful to work with. From the guys in the office to the guys who came to the house to do the work it was much easier than I ever imagined. The quality of the work is outstanding. Everyone who walks through the house is amazed at how great it looks. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation project on their house.

Professional, great communication, set up a budget and kept change orders up to date so that we could make informed decisions. Easy to work with and receptive to changes or requests. Took care of any problems and returned 6 months later to take care of issues that developed after moving in. Interfaced well with other trades and was willing to work with specific companies that we had done previous work with and wanted to use again. All in all a great experience.

They took the top off our Cape Cod and put on a second story. We have only praise for this business. They are polite, clean up, show up on time, and do great work. We would have them back in a heartbeat.

Griggs renovated a small bath for us and did a wonderful job. The workmen were great; they came when they said they would, did a great job, were careful to not bang up the rest of the house when bringing in materials, and cleaned-up everyday. Everyone at Griggs was easy to work with and helpful.
