I was referred to Growing City by a respected Realtor on Marco Island that I had purchased my condo through. I contracted Growing City to do a complete remodel on the unit. The results were astonishing, completely update the look to what a modern luxury condo on the beach should look like. The Growing City team, Nihuel - Ivo - Jose did a remarkable job with the transformation. I was so pleased with the results, I hired the team again to build some custom closet cabinets in the spare bedroom. We hired Growing City to do a complete renovation of our Marco Island condo. After working with Nihuel on design concepts for several months we left for our home in Colorado in May 2019. We made a couple of appliance and buying trips during the summer but did not see the finished product until November, 2019. All we can say is “Wow!” What a beautiful transformation to our outdated condo! The condo looks exactly (only much better!) as Growing City described. Nihuel had made a number of suggestions for improvements to our original design plans and they all added to the making the renovation a stunning success. We are so proud that we own this condo and that we selected Growing City. At one point Nihuel handed off the work on the condo to his brother, Ivo. We found Ivo to be equally competent and his expertise and knowledge is invaluable. But most of all is the way that Nihuel and Ivo treated us as customers. They were extremely courteous and respectful to two clients who were 1,500 miles away during the renovation. Their communication to us as to progress was outstanding. Both of them and Dawn in the office treated us with upmost respect. They are so organized , truthful and trustworthy. We only had good surprises at the end of the project. We unconditionally recommend Growing City to other potential clients for their remodel projects. They will be in the best hands possible.

There would be no other contractor I would use in the Marco, Naples area!!! Nihuel and his team went over and above on the remodel of our condo.Being 1600 miles away and not seeing the project except for the photos that Nihuel and Dawn would send makes it very tough. I will say that if and when you hire Growingcity there is nothing to worry about. The little touches that they do make it over the top. Also, by using the new buildertrend app made things so easy. Dawn was great to work with every time we had a question or concern she would have us an answer In a matter of moments which made things go so smooth.

My wife and I were introduced to Growing City by our Realtor, after we bought a condo on Marco Island. The building was built in 1981, and everything in the condo was original. After checking references and seeing other units that they had renovated, we contracted with Growing City for a total renovation. The experience was really excellent. The design ideas, the quality of the work, their dependability, and their flexibility were truly terrific. We incorporated some unique ideas, and they were very open to whatever we wanted. They finished on time, as promised. Dawn, the Office Manager, was great. It is nice to have a competent person in the office, given that the owners were typically on location at a project. We were not in Florida during the construction, but made a few trips mid project. At each visit, they were open to any changes that we wanted. They took total responsibility for the project, never shirking. When we noticed that an appliance had a dent, they simply said "we will replace it". There was no attempt to blame the delivery company, or the appliance store installer. If we had to do it over again, it would definitely be with Growing City1

Great work and great customer service - it was a small job on my lanai but I was very happy with the work, responsiveness, & professionalism.

The quality of work replacing one bedroom wall in my condo by Growing City was poor. I picked their bid, the highest of three, to ensure quality work. In my opinion, the workers that were assigned the job were not skilled at finish work and they did not have tools to do a quality job. They borrowed my claw hammer and opened a can of paint with it. They used what looked like a $0.47 Harbor Freight paint brush to trim and their orange peel on the drywall matched poorly. The contractor assured me they could complete the work in five days. On the sixth day, they worked a couple of hours and said they couldn't come back until the next day. I repainted the trim on the sixth day and had to beg them to return and help me move the bed back against the wall. I asked the the contractor how this job compared to the one in their photos and he replied "it looks like a rushed job". It wasn't a rushed job. They took eight days to start the job after the permit was issued. They had six days working in the condo and wanted more. A drywall finisher would have done the job correctly the first time, and a professional painter would have done the job correctly the first time also. I didn't pay $43.00 per square foot to hear that this was a rush job and how can they make it right.

Excellent work. This is an extremely well run company. The quality of their work is top-drawer. I would use them again with ho hesitation.

It's difficult to do a major remodeling project long distance, but working with Nihuel Martinovic made this process easy for us. Growing City did a complete redesign renovation of our 2 bedroom condo. (Approx. 1900 sq ft) Nihuel was very attentive to detail and incredibly responsive. Aside from a major hurricane in the middle of our renovation, everything went smoothly. Growing City far exceeded all of our expectations and we would definitely use them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. They really were full service, from assisting us in emptying the condo, creating the design, to following through in making it exactly as we wanted it. I have been involved in both large and small construction projects over many years. This family owned and operated local construction company went beyond what one would expect in my project. Their assistance with design as well as construction management allowed me to relax and enjoy the process and since I was an absentee owner this was important. These are honest and reliable people and I cant remember when I have rendered such an endorsement to a contractor.

Once again Growing City proved themselves with a prompt and timely repair of our storm damaged condo. We returned to the island to discover that our condo suffered water damage from hurricane Irma. Our condo association replaced damaged drywall, but replacing baseboard , matching wall color and texture was left to us. An e-mail plea to Growing City was answered promptly, and after assessing the damage a repairman was on site in less than a day. His repair was exquisite in quality, he matched the colors and textures perfectly, and we unable to tell that the wall was damaged. Baseboard was also replaced and water stained areas repaired and repainted also. The clean up was completed and left spotless. We are very happy and again have no qualms about recommending Growing City for your consideration.

As a custom estate home builder in Canada, finding someone that has the same philosophy and integrity in providing your client with the highest quality of finishes and craftsmanship and accountability was very important to me. Our experience with Growing City was nothing short of outstanding. We contracted with them to completely gut and refurbish our Marco Island condo based on a recommendation from a family member who had used them before, and as you can see from the photos, the final product is just beautiful. Eduardo and his son Nihuel made the entire process - from initial planning all the way through completing the final punch list items - very simple and painless. They had great recommendations on the design, and guided us in the right direction for selecting materials such as tile, cabinets, fixtures and countertops. They helped us make cost/benefit decisions on upgrades we were considering, and we never felt that they were trying to up-sell or encourage us to spend more than our budget allowed. We trusted that they had our best interests in mind, which is something we've rarely experienced when dealing with contractors. Eduardo and Nihuel handled all of the required permits and paperwork, and dealt with our condo association and inspections, which eliminated a lot of headaches for us. They kept us updated on the construction process and sent pictures so we could see their progress. They were very responsive to our emails and phone calls and we always felt fully informed on what was going on. We are absolutely thrilled with how our condo turned out. The entire project felt seamless; there were no surprises and everything happened exactly as planned. In fact, they finished the project almost a month earlier than they originally estimated. The quality of work and attention to detail is excellent, and we feel that Growing City fully met, and even exceeded all of our expectations. Not sure if Growing City is the least expensive option around (we didn't do a lot of comparisons), but I doubt that there are many (if any) contractors who could provide the same level of service, quality and value that they do. I've done enough rehab projects to know that they are truly exceptional at what they do. We will definitively use Growing City in the future, and we are happy to recommend them to anyone needing a contractor.

I read all of the reviews of Growing City and was skeptical that they were true; however, I found Growing City to be a very professional firm that delivered on their promises. The quality of the work was excellent and the results were absolutely beautiful. Growing City did a complete remodel of my condo, including new hurricane glass sliders and windows. The project was completed before the deadline and I could not be more pleased. I love the results. Nihuel was always prompt in his responses to my questions and I enjoyed working with him. Growing City is a family owned/operated business spearheaded by parents and two very capable sons. The contractor was thoroughly vetted beforehand uncovering nothing but glowing recommendations. Our project consisted of a whole house remodel. Construction started ahead of schedule and correspondingly was completed in advance of expectations. Growing City was extremely organized, detail oriented, and customer driven. Communication throughout was excellent and project modifications yielded favorable results while remaining on budget. Total satisfaction was definitely the end result and they are highly recommended!

Quality work, easy to work with, Eduardo always puts the customer first. Eduardo suggestions turn out to be home runs. His technical knowledge is outstanding. Only one negative is that he is such demand u need patience while waiting on permits and getting the appropriate inspections completed so the project can expedite to completion. I found Growing City Corp through an on line search - one meeting with Eduardo Martinovic and I knew I had the right professional. He showed me several examples of completed and ongoing total renovation projects that were of comparable upscale water front condo properties. He was very open to my ideas and always gave me additional options to consider. He mastery of efficient floor planning created the highest and best use of a relatively small living area - 1100ft2. His team is highly skilled - in particular tile/flooring, windows, finish carpentry and special lighting. We were on budget and on time - no "oh by the way..." What a great decision we made! A couple of years ago, our family decided to reinvest in Marco Island property. At that time, we were looking for a condo on the beach. Our realtor found a unit for us with an ocean view. The unit we purchased was all original and outdated with blocked views of the Gulf. We decided to do a total renovation on the unit. We suffered water damage in our condo from a plumbing leak in the unit above us in April 2015. It required a professional that was responsive and more importantly one that could put a strategy together for a quick fix and an upgrade to our two damaged bathrooms. Growing City Corp. ("GCC") was called, was on-site that day and minimized the problem working with the association management and us. The bathrooms turned out amazing! GCC's unique ability to put modern designs together economically eliminates the need for micro management of the project which is a benefit as we were not local. Growing City Corp. completed a gut and remodel of our Marco Island condo. This included the gutting and rebuilding of a kitchen and two full bathrooms. A popcorn ceiling was even removed. From the painting to the tile, this was a high-quality finish. The work was completed on time and with no financial overages. What can we say about Eduardo and his crew? They are simply the best. I have a condo on Marco Island on the beach, It is on the 10th floor. They replaced 18 windows, 2 triple sliding doors, and a double sliding door. It was a pleasure working with Growing City to purchase and have my new WinDoor high impact windows installed. Their estimate was detailed and very fair. They even took down my plantation shutters, which were in every room and reinstalled them. When I got the original estimate, I did not know if they could take down the shutters and reinstall them. Other companies who gave me an estimate said I would have to do that with someone else, or there would be an extra charge. Growing City's estimate, which came in less then other suppliers, did not include the shutters, but Growing City said they would do the shutters without an extra charge. The work was excellent. Growing City does not nickle and dime you-they do quality work at a fair price. VERY IMPORTANT--The workmen were very were respectful of our property/furnishing, making sure everything was protected. They were courteous and friendly. Nihuel, the owner of the Window/Door Division of Growing City was very accessible and always returned phone calls in a short period of time, If there was any concern, Nihuel addressed the situation immediately. A real plus is that Growing City is also a builder and renovator of properties, that is why they could handle my shutters with no problem, and they did some other small repairs that I asked them to do when they were working in my unit. . Their follow up after the job was done to fix or attend to some details was excellent.

We found that they were very good to work with and had great ideas about how we could improve our condo. They charged a fair price and didn't charge for anything over the contract price. The work was completed on time. We have now hired them for another project at a different location.

There are not enough words on how our project turned out. We told everyone it was a remodel but in actuality it was a complete renovation! The overall job came out nice and they tried to work with your budget. The process was grueling due to a couple of big things and many little things that weren't done right. Deadlines not met and not receptive to changes. They tried to fix the problems but when problems continue to arise it became uncomfortable to deal with them.
